I like your on-line interface for ease-of-use and flexibility. Very few others that I have used volunteer the information that I can revise an order after it is placed until it is actually filled. Your promotional emails have offers and incentives applying to purchases I might want to make, again unlike a lot of spammy marketing offers that initially sound good but evaporate when I try to apply them to anything I want.

I wanted to purchase a series of books to get to experiment with some new authors. The selection and pricing helped me to do that. The prompt delivery was bonus.

I love the marked down section of any bookstore. I'm especially happy to support a Canadian business.

That said I'd like more choice in the filters. Adults instead of relying on 12+

Book Outlet has a good selection of the books I am looking for and the books are at a reasonable price. An added is free shipping on a price order amount limit and they are Canadian.

I'm very pleased with my order of two books which were delivered quickly and in great condition for a fair price.

I love shopping at book outlet. The low prices make it easier to take a chance on something new and different. There's nothing better than getting a box of books delivered to your door!

Pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the selection, quality, price and delivery! Saved a bundle using book outlet and will use them again for future purchases. I'm telling everyone who cares to listen about this place!

The books took longer than I thought. It was just after Christmas and before New Years and I read it might take longer.
I ordered on Dec 31 and received on Sunday Jan 8. What made it seem longer is that I never received an email saying the books had been shipped!
I have previously ordered from Book Outlet and received the shipping email.
I continuously checked for the email that the books had shipped.
Then on Sunday Jan 8 we found them outside the door in the evening. If we hadn't taken the dog out we would of never noticed the books laying there.

Overall my experience was good. It would be nice to be able to search easier on the site and also have more books available than there currently are. There were a couple I was looking for that I couldn't find. Shipping information would also be nice to have - every time I tried to track my order it kept coming back as information unavailable. I had to put in a ticket and then wait 3 days for someone to get back to me. But when they did get back to me they provided me not only the correct tracking information but also the latest status of my order.

The prices for the books were more inline, I thought, of what a book should cost for some of them.

I went to a used book store, traded books in and purchased books. Cost was 77.00. I purchased new books through the Book Outlet. The same amount of books and only cost me roughly 50.00. Plus I didn't have to go to a book shop, I didn't have to walk around looking for books ( I have a very bad back) and they were delivered really fast. Big plus is that it is Canadian and ships from Canada.

I spent over an hour searching and selecting books off the website. It was very to use and my kids picked out many books for their mother's birthday.

However, when I went to checkout it asked me to set up an account. When I did that I lost everything in my cart and had to start over. Unfortunately when the books arrived my kids discovered we forgot to add back in the book Leslie Jordan - How Y'all Doin'.

I will remember to log in before I add books to the cart next time. The prices are very fair and reasonable and I was surprised by the selection.

Will order more books in the future.

I'm very impressed with the books available, how quickly I received them (especially given the holiday season) and the condition of the books. And the prices! I typically try to avoid paying shipping costs, but the books are so well-priced that I can easily justify paying for shipping.

The books are always in very condition - very little "damage" or "wear and tear" at all. The most I've ever gotten is a small mark on the cover or the tail of the book.

I liked everything except the sticker book- the sticker don't stick it seems the book is really old and the sticker won't stick to the picture.

As a first time user of Book Outlet, I am extremely pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be coming back!
Just wish I had known about this site before!

Books were decent prices especially the Boxing Week Sale helped.
Good Products and in good shape.
Only took a star off for slow delivery times after holidays. (but expected)
Also missing DVD, but usually that is because these are come from other stocked locations.

Would you please please please use packing paper to secure the books during shipping.
I keep receiving damaged books because they are loose and getting banged around.

I've been ordering books from this site for well over 2 years now, and it's fantastic! Selection is great, and books arrive very quickly! For an avid reader, this has been the best site to pick up books that don't break the budget!
