We have ordered from here several times and every time we got exactly what we ordered. We haven't come across any defects in any books. And the craft kit and book sets were amazing and loved by all the kids at Christmas. I keep telling everyone about it, but now I kind of want to keep the secret all to myself lol.

Books came in perfect condition. Only a black dot was visible to identify them. I believe these books had never been opened. Came packaged in heavy duty cardboard just like the big box store uses.

One of the jigsaw puzzles was obviously a returned item. The box had been opened once before. The seal was missing and clearly it wasn't brand new. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

I am in a semi-rural area. On my mailbox beside my door is the message please ring when a delivery is made. This was not done. The package stayed outside my door all night. Found it at 7 A.M.

I have ordered from Book Outlet a few times, both for my classroom and my own kids. The books are priced very well. There may be minor imperfections (ie., a spot on the jacket cover, black line at the side of the pages, minor dent on hardcover).

I love Book Outlet. There's no other way to say it. I get fantastic selection of books for a fantastic price, shipped at a fast speed. What's not to love hoenstly. Since being a customer, I must have placed at least 20+ orders. Never had a complaint and always eager to buy more honestly. If you're a book lover, this is one of the best sites to buy them from.
