I never got a tracking...was given a tracking order but it didn't work

I got my order quickly with no problems! Great selection of books. Will order again.

My order was placed 10 days ago and I'm still waiting. Wizmo hasn't provided any tracking info. So it's a little premature to be reviewing your services!

Customer service (Mathew) was extremely helpful and set up my account when I experienced difficulties on my end. After that it was smooth sailing. Extremely pleased with the prices and quality of the books and puzzles received.

I had a wonderful interaction with customer service which made me feel so great about this company. Bravo!

My friend told me about this website. I cursed and praised her at the same time. I got 9 books (half were hardcover) for under $50 with shipping. I have since told everyone I've ever known about this site and can't wait to deplete my current stash so I can buy more!

Hit or miss experience buying here. The condition of the books goes from decent to torn/beat up and no way to find out until they arrive to your door. Returns are accepted only if the books are in an unreadable shape. In recent cases, I never would have paid 50% off on a collector's edition if I had seen the poor condition of the book. It would have been better to wait for a sale on Amazon...

I was debating buying a book that I had been looking for because it was expensive everywhere I found it. I waited and I found it on BookOutlet. It was a great price, half the price (at least) compared to any other seller.

I hadn't known you existed until I came across you on Google. I got a hard copy of Fukuyama's new book on Liberalism at a fraction of the price I would have paid for a paperback version. You will be my "go to" outlet in future.

So excited to have found the Book Outlet. I really wanted to read a particular book but it's been sold out everywhere (and long wait time at the local library). Not only was I able to find the book in stock here but it was 30% cheaper! Win win! The book also came within a few days

I love the prices and the fact that can easily find English books! I live n an area where it is difficult to find anything that English!

My only problem is that I don't know what to do with the books (english). I have passed some on to friends.
Can Book Outlet take them back?

Great price for books and puzzle I ordered. Some of the books received were not in the best condition, one book sleeve was worn and ripped. One weird thing to note; one side of the box was unsealed, and a copy of the Communist Manifesto was in the box with the items I did order.
