I was trying to link up with some friends that will be staying this weekend at the Courtyard by Marriott in Charleston, SC Northside Dr location. Bailey was pleasantly helpful, and I honestly did appreciate her in searching for me. They were sold out but she suggested another nice location. Even though I didn't book at this time, I will definitely call again in the future for service. She was just that great!
Charged $60 on $100 hotel room after the fact. No transparency. Would not cancel 8 minutes after I placed my reservation.

Zoila booked us in, found us a great room and price with limited rooms available. We have used this hotel for years to break up our trip to see the grand kids in Albuquerque NM. Always first class treatment, great breakfast and clean rooms. Always a small side talk when booking to make you feel like part of the family. Highly recommended.
I was having issues trying to book on line. Edgar was wonderful and was able to take care of my reservation. He was friendly and happy to help. I appreciate how thorough he was. His attention to detail, made check in go very smoothly. The young man who checked us in was equally as helpful (1/29 approx 4:30 pm). You're so fortunate to have these two young men representing you.
Jennifer was beyond amazing. After completely booking the room perfectly… She was in informed that room was now no longer available. She felt super sorry and disappointed. She then took the extra time and patience to find me another room. That extra step never happens anymore with Customer Service. Her patience and follow through made certain I had a room for the night while traveling on business. She's a wonderful asset to the company. Probably her great South Carolina upbringing and charm.
Erica was most pleasant and she needs a raise! We have been staying at Hampton Inn for 25 years and negotiating a price comparable to travel agencies was very difficult but we didn't get the original price of $180.00 because you have to type in your credit card info and in the process I lost contact with my first gal contact! Erica told me that rates change rapidly! Hope motel in Clinton, Iowa is clean because I read that you had customers that said rooms were dirty! I have never stayed in a dirty Hampton except Albuquerque downtown
I found the web link confusing and the taxes and fees astronomical, so I called directly.
Steve explained the high fees and it was actually Several dollars less. He also explained the added $25 "security" fee-incase something happens….But there's free cancellation up to 6 the night of arrival anyway…Even though the posted room rate was $3 less than quoted by Steve, the overall total was almost $10 less than on line….thank you Steve.

I immediately realized that Cecilia was just simply the perfect professional to have handle every aspect of our reservations in regards to a very important travel accomodation for my business. I was having trouble booking online because the hotel was almost sold out for the time I was looking to stay. I called the reservations number and was lucky to speak with Carolyn. She was very helpful, kind, and patient when my newborn started crying on the background. In just a few minutes, she helped me find just the right accommodations for my family. Thank you Carolyn!
Helen got my reservation confirmed using the same credit card information the online system rejected. What's even better, she got me the same rate the online system said was expiring. She put in a note that if ground level was not available, put me near the elevator.
I felt she really wanted to help me. She was friendly, kind, professional, and courteous. She was amazing!

The title says it all; spouse is traveling in another state and called to tell me the story. They were fine, but frazzled. We needed to get them a hotel ASAP, and we got David's assistance to secure the closest hotel from their location. It meant so much to get his help; I was able to rest easy knowing my spouse was off the road, safely off the road, and getting some needed rest!
While traveling to wait on the birth of our first great grandson I called Hilton for booking our reservation. I was pleasantly surprised with how extra special Miss G treated me. Excellent customer service and very professional!

Representative specifically told me this was a nice place, a great deal and that it met me needs for truck/trailer parking. I get here and it's by far the nastiest most run down place I've ever stayed at. They also state immediately that they typically don't allow truck and trailer parking. After I get through with that I get to the room and it's disgusting and has no toiletries in the room at all. The whole place smells of urine and hasn't been cleaned along with the filthy air vents and filter in the wall. I paid for another hotel and I'm taking the loss.

The agent was horrible. She was not friendly or inviting, very direct in her questions. I inquired about a discount rate for employees and she said I could get that information at check in. I requested this information in advance of making the reservation and still declined to provide me with an answer, pressing me to make the reservation. When I told her I would not make the reservation without this information she hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional
