I returned the car to a different location, BookingGroup Berlin, and they took care of me, they were professional and had great service and fantastic cars to rent!
We booked a car incl. Insurances for a relatively fair price. After payment of the first installment with my credit card a new and higher price was shown to be paid at the local office. As I already know these practices, I carefully took screenshots of every step I did. I contacted the customer service via phone and e-mail just minutes after my booking in order to cancel the entire reservation and also presented them the screenshots. They confirmed that no charges will apply and that I should cancel my booking also via their homepage. I informed them on the same day, that my booking number / reference code could "somehow" not be found in their online system. I tried to log in multiple times in the following days until it finally worked out on day 3. Eventually I could cancel my reservation via the homepage and... surprise, the deadline for free cancelations has been passed.
I contacted again the customer service via the hotline. After explaining the situation they simply hang up. Afterwards I contacted them via e-Mail and only received the message that they are unfortunatelly not be able to reimburse my money.
Police, bank, insurance and lawyer are now informed and will proceed with further legal actions.
So please just don´t do the same mistake!
I went to the address clearly in this company, I do not want to look for the rest, because I like everything and am very happy when I get into the car of this company

The personnel in the vehicle lot were very professional and accommodating. A previous customer took the last minivan that I requested and the personnel upgraded my rental to a SUV free of charge.
When I got to my destination I had changed the size car that I wanted. BookingGroup said if I could wait a few minutes the size car I wanted could possibly be available
Rebecca and Lora were professional and prompt with us. We picked up the car at 3am and they were alert and patient, and honored the estimated reservation price on our email receipt
Super fast, super efficient and super nice! I needed a car when mine wasn't finished at the repair shop. Glenbrook Dodge made a reservation and I was in the rental car in less than 30 minutes!
Erica at check in was super helpful and the Volvo s60 was a comfortable ride. The radio and whole infotainment center was a bit lacking for a brand new design, shame Volvo!
The staff at this BookingGroup is awesome! I rent from this location anytime I'm in Bretc and I never have to wait, and it always seems I get a nicer car than the one I've reserved
