The employee Yousef (sorry it I spelt it wrong) is the nicest and helpful employee and explained everything very well and got done with us very quickly. Also found us a good car for our road trip

There was a two-liter engine and the air conditioning worked perfectly together with it! We took the car exclusively so that it had air conditioning, everything happened as we wanted

I have used this company to book a rental car in Portugal and hidden fees were applied including out of hours fee that were charged because they made us wait to be attended as there were other people in front of us. Yup, you read that right, they charged us because they were attending other people and we were waiting in the queue
The pickup time was booked for 19:30 and return at 7am. As described on the voucher underneath the remaining amount to be paid: Above balance is accurate if no extra services agreed locally, apart from pre-booked items already included. There should not be any extra charges regarding pick up/return times. However, the company have charged us for the return time saying it is out of hours. They have also charged us out of hours for the pickup time.
Our flight arrived slightly earlier than scheduled, it arrived at 19:12 and we were the waiting zone at 19:20 waiting for the shuttle service as described on the voucher. The shuttle service took 20 minutes+ to arrive and when it arrived there were many people waiting that we could not get on the van as there were no more spaces. We had to wait another 20 minutes or so for it to return. Once we managed to get to the office there was a queue of customers in front of us and we had to wait around 40 minutes to be attended. Then, rather than apologise for making us wait and waste our holiday time, they charged us out of hours for picking the car up late (it was 9pm when we finally managed to get the car). Various emails were sent with no replies at all.
I'm very satisfied with the recent rental from BookingGroup. I had a nice car (Toyota 4 Runner) for a reasonable price, great service (got a color I requested), a very satisfied rental experience.
My family and my mother and father- in law (referred to as my parents) went to see my son graduate boot camp in Georgia. In early August. It was hot and humid. My parents got their car and we drove to Columbus where we were staying, near Fort Benning. Got there on Monday and would be there for the week. Tuesday, the Ac went out on their rental. The car company Sixt, said they will not do anything about it unless my parents paid to have it towed back. It's not in their policy to remedy such a situation.
When I called the booking group to question the type of businesses they book for and what happened I got nowhere. If you push number 3 for customer service, the phone disconnects. It happened to me 4 times. So I pushed number 1 for booking, and they answer straight away! They took my info and said that the customer service department is to busy (that's a red flag) that they will have to call me back. Knowing they are lying, asked thher if they will really call me back. She said yes. Never received a call. Noi customer service, no care. If you look at the reviews, you can see an overwhelming bad review otof ladenthe did ones. Don't waste your time with this site. Pay thre extra few dollars and go to an established car rental company. Their deals actually cost you more than you will save.
My parents had too drive in the Georgia heat and humidity all week without ac. Like the car company, Sixt, this company only cares about booking, not customer service. We'll never use them again.
The rented vehicle was a FORD minibus, which proved to be comfortable (well soundproofed) and very pleasant to drive on all types of lanes (especially the motorway)
