OK well its okk pretty normal experience in the Internet - but i am a bit surprised to receive an email "Do oyu have received your booking infomration"?
I received the booking but the Hotel did not. Now the money was taken from my credit card and no one wants to take responsibility.

The booking experience was good and easy but the hotel itself was not very well at all the bed was not being hard the room was a non-smoking room but smelt like you used to be a heavily smoked in room hotel could use some remodeling
