I ordered a dog crate cover through Bonanza; it was sent to the wrong address, and the people at Bonanza sent another one, no questions asked. When that one arrived it was the wrong size. I received an immediate refund. Very professional, quite responsive, and very speedy. I would order from them again!

“Buyers Beware, they don't care about customer satisfaction”

I bought an Xbox 360 game from them. When it arrived, I looked at the disc and it has this faded area at the top of it. I put it in the system to try it put and wouldn't even read the disc. I contacted them. And after back and forth banter for 2 days, they finally just started to ignore me. So now, instead of just giving me a refund or picking something different, I am out of money and a game that is just trash. I used to buy from them with no issues but after this, never shopping with them again.

Like ebay, but most of the sellers are based only in the US, which is great. Especially good for finding american branded auto and home tools which you cannot always find on other websites. Site is a little hard to navigate using a mobile phone, but on the desktop it works just fine.

Purchased a 25th Anniversary Disney collectible DVD from bonanza. Their price beat Amazon by $5. Cannot say much more since it was shipped to my daughter, yet she had no complaints!

So initially off to a bad start but nowadays I've changed my mind. Now has good client relations. Better than Ebay.

Bonanza is a good alternative to eBay selling as you can leave your listings up for as long as you want. I've even purchased a few items and find the sellers responsive and honest. Sometimes difficult to maneuver around the site to find out how to do something.

First things first. I AM NOT a fan of eBay. During my 9 year association with them I grossed approximately $200,000. That was about 6300 diverse items. During this time about 4300 customers left me feedback. Of this number 99.4% was positive. My gripe with eBay is, was and always will be that they felt the need to micro analyze and score my business. And even though my items were photographed and accurately described, as to size, color, material, markings, origin, condition, and age, and they were shipped within one business day, and at the exact cost stated in the listing, eBay was able to (based upon their algorithm) permanently and for all time BAN me from selling on their site without notice. And my recourse? Several long phone calls to the Philippine Islands where their customer service team took my calls, only to tell me "... I'm SOh-ree, dare eez nu-theen dat con be dun..."

So far, I like Bonanza's approach better, except for one thing. I have sold on Bonanza for 15 months now... and I have sold a total for 13 items, for $326.00

Seller did not respond to my purchase with shipping/tracking info. Contacted bonanza. Immediate response. Took the seller 8 days to ship. Bonanza worked with me to make it happen.

I sell CD's on both Ebay and Bonanza and most of my business has been on Ebay, however a couple of times a month I have sold on Bonanza. I have it set up that if you want to buy from me I have to approve the order. That is good for both the buyer and the seller. One you know that the seller has seen the order and two I respond to you within 6 hours. I have not had any problems with my buyers and so far they haven't had any with me. If a seller wants to be successful in on line sales they need to communicate with their buyer.

Check out the sellers feedback, send them an email first. Give Bonanza a chance. Ebay too has their problems, it is just too big.

I ordered a product that I was not happy with. The site, and seller, we're courteous and expeditiously apologized. I received a refund right away to my PayPal account. I will definitely use again.

I'm so tired of the 2 big selling sites, they seem more concerned about advertising dollars and multi millionaire seller's. Even people that have 150.000.00 in sales, they don't seem to care if they come or go. So sad E B use to be such a good company for the little people, NOT NOW. I'll sell and grow with Bonanza

WELL I HAVE READ ALOT OF REVIEWS ABOUT BONANZA. THIS IS MY TAKE FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. I HAVE BEEN A SELLER FOR ABOUT A YEAR. I SELL PREOWNED AND NEW WOMEN, MEN & CHILDREN SHOES. I AM ALSO A EBAY POWERSELLER. EBAY IS PRETTY DARN GOOD. BONANZA IS STILL IN IT'S GOTTA GET THERE STAGE. I FEEL WHEN IT GETS THERE IT WILL BE A TOUGH COOKIE ALSO. I DO SELL ABOUT 2-3 ITEMS PER MONTH MAYBE SOMETIMES MAXIMUM 5. IT DOES NO GOOD FOR ME TO HAVE THE PREMIUM SUBSCIPTION PACKAGES AT THIS TIME I HAVE THE PLATINUM PACKAGE WHICH IS $70 PER MONTH. I MAKE NO MORE SALES THAN I DO WITHOUT IT. I AM GONNA CANCEL IT. I LIKE THAT I CAN IMPORT ITEMS FROM MY EBAY STORE 1000+ ITEMS. WHEN A ITEM SELLS ON BONANZA IT COMES OFF EBAY VICE VERSA. UPDATE: got confirmation my item had shipped the very next day, seller immediately gave tracking info on request, item received within a week in perfect condition. Very pleased.

Most of the negative reviews are focused on seller actions- you should be writing that on the sellers page so people know not to buy from them. Only buy from sellers with five stars, four if you check what the reviews say.
As a buyer, site seems fine. I found a pair of shoes easily that I couldn't find anywhere else. Bought from a five star seller, reviewed 28 times.
Will update when receive item.

As for the automatic account, it makes sense to me that you are required to so that you are available to be contacted by the seller.

Paid with paypal, didn't even have my card with me. Convenient.

Better rates than ebay. Ty bonanza. Plus I saw it was chosen as 2014 number 1 merchant when ebay is number 3. That's the best news ever. Ebay charges way too much and now they are noticing it...

I recently made a purchase from Bonanza and had no trouble at all. Merchandise was shipped as stated and in good condition. The site is user friendly. I believe it is the sellers that make each sales experience good or bad. I would recommend this site to others. Thank you

Bonanza is a little bit like etsy ebay and amazon and the best part is buying really nice often hand crafted products that you can't find anywhere else. I like shopping here more than on ebay because it is often from the same sellers as ebay but all of the crap is weeded out. Only higher end products that I want are sold here.
