These sweaters are a scam! Sweatshop junk resold without tags or sizes. Nothing but cheap acrylic, and not the cotton or wool.as advertised. Then they ding you for shipping of something not delivered. I thought I'd treat myself to some winter sweaters, and all I have now is a headache and out $100.

This company does not allow returns. I followed instructions on the website for return of 2 sweaters that did not fit well and did not look like the online photos. I went back and forth on email (no phone number) as they wanted photos but they bounced back many times. I eventually was told that return shipping would cost me $35-$45 and that they infrequently receive items back (no idea where they are located). They offered me $5. Very frustrating and unacceptable. Do NOT order from this company.

This Chinese company does not allow returns. I contacted their support email and each interaction was asking for photos of the sweater along with complaining that I did not look at their size chart so it was my fault the sweater was too big. Now every time I email them, my replies bounce back. Do NOT order from this company unless you know for certain you won't want to return the item

What a mistake. The stuff is crap! Don't order anything from this company. All of my merchandise came without tags- (they require tags for a return) The illustrations they show are totally misleading. Don't be fooled like I was. They didn't even send me the complete order- yet, of course, charged me!
