I ordered an L-shaped stud, and the stud I received had more of a J shape. I contacted support and they sent me another order. The second order I received had the same exact problem. I contacted support again and asked for a refund, not a third order. I have not heard back from them since. These days there are more important issues out there, but when you pay for an item it needs to be at least decent. The items I received are unusable. Shipping time was about 10 days for both orders. I thought it was because of the holiday load, but other reviews mention that as well. I will never buy from this company again.
I ordered a single item from this shop. A whole week elapsed with no communication besides "order received". Then when I inquired about what was taking so long, they tell me the item I ordered is out of stock! They couldn't be bothered to tell me this though; I didn't find out until I contacted them! There was ZERO communication on their part; still waiting for a refund.
I ordered twice because I was very satisfied with my first order. But the second time French customs required me to pay taxes which made twice the price, so I sadly returned my order. I explained to customer support with whom I had great exchanges. As soon as received their package back they refunded the order.

I did not get to enjoy my item for post office basically stole it. They forged my signature and claimed they left package. I know its not body jeweler fault but they seem to have just washed their hands which I feel was so messed up. I was so excited for this order and never even got it sucked
I ordered a septum ring on April 16th. I never received an update on my order, so I contacted the customer service but I have never received a reply on my email. So I got scammed out of my money and they won't even acknowledge this situation whatsoever. Definitely, never, ever shop from there.

Although on my first attempt to purchase from her I purchased two items of jewelry and didn't receive either of them. I thought I must've put the wrong address but I checked and it was correct. Both packages says they've arrived yet my girlfriend had to miss out on two christmas gifts and I looked pretty lame. Would be cool if it can be fixed.

However, they were very customer friendly as they allowed me to select a different piece of jewelry at no additional charge and also agreed to include a free gift. I've called, left a message, and emailed them and haven't heard back. Really wanted to like this site but due to this unfortunately, I won't be purchasing from here anymore.
I bought a couple sets of earrings. This first set was cute but not realistic for what I needed and the other set was ridiculous cause no way could I ever get those in my ears. I ordered because they had a money back promise. Well, I have sent the earrings back and I am still here waiting on my refund. 40 bucks is a lot of money to throw away.
I ordered a pair of spirals they were out of but failed to take them off the net. Got a shipping notice and billed for earrings they didn't have and when I emailed customer service I got no answer. Took two days to get through on chat and by phone. Took another 3 days to get my money back. Sorry operation.
The product is not great. It works for what I want but the o rings are very small and flimsy and almost impossible to get on the backs of the tunnels. I've had much better o rings before that have worked better. Some of these ones have already broken and the product only arrived 3 days ago.
Got the wrong order. Tried to contact them through the number on their website MULTIPLE times and have not received any call backs after leaving multiple messages. All the links to email them on their website are also dead so there's no way to get a hold of them that way. Pretty upset after spending almost 30 dollars with them and getting the wrong product.
