The double hoop nose ring I received has exposed ends & dig into my flesh. I did order the incorrect size (I ordered a 7mm, needed a 9mm), however both ends of the ring showed the metal underneath & were not completely covered/polished, as shown on the website.
I'm not happy with the return policy. I would expect to be able to return the item(s) that did not fit or that were with flaw. It is my understanding that there is no policy for returns. Only for exchanges.
Was so excited about the new style but sad it didn't work out. One was broken when it arrived and the other I immediately lost the other gem to screw in
I love the jewelry but it is abit snug you should offer different sizes since I did pierce my nose 25 years ago so mines a bit higher... I did have issues getting it in due to being a little thicker since I always used thin stud.
I choose to buy 2, one clear and the other mystic topaz so I can switch it up wearing the clear & topaz gem but it wouldn't screw into it so I had to stick to having to wear the black one and just leaving it in since I did have trouble getting though and refuse to change it after I had a hard time I putting it on it's been 2 days still sore. The price was why I purchased it also I wish I purchased the one that helps screw the gem on it took really long even aiming to get it on 😖

You need to carry these in either surgical steel or sterling silver. I can't shop your items if they irritate my skin
Vip processing should be better labeled I thought it meant express processing I also was sent the wrong nose ring and it doesn't match the rest like I wanted it to.

I really didn't appreciate not being informed one of my items were out of stock until after the package arrived. And I don't like that I was given a store credit instead of my money back for the out of stock item. I don't think that's good business.

Only downside was I didn't receive one item that was on clearance. I lost the paper voucher they gave me with the store credit though :(
BodyCandy was easy to shop and select items I was interested in, but I wish they had more "real" pictures of their items though. Like people actually wearing the actual jewelery with the measurements of each piece the model is wearing. (Like a real picture of a model wearing a 7mm nose hoop.) Not just an enhanced photo of the jewelry on a mannequin, or placed on a stock photo.
Most photos seem enhanced or not a good representation of how they actually look in person. I get that it's marketing, but it when I received my items the size difference from what I had in mind was so much smaller. (Yes, I read and understood the measurements, but they look so much tinier than the measurements and photos suggested.)
Shipping took about 2 weeks, and there was no tracking, but it was free and everything arrived safely.
I do like that they follow up to be sure you received your package.
The jewelry itself seems to be a very good quality. My body does not react to the metal which is nice, and the rhinestones seem to be pretty secure.
Seems like a good legit company to buy jewelry from, just make sure you understand what size your getting and how that size actually looks on a real human.
Great items, everything fit nicely and website was easy to navigate. Only thing I wish more items had a realistic image of the item on a model.

Answer: Mine took 8 days including the weekend. Sometimes you can't track your order, call them if you're concerned.

Answer: They usually send them like a "regular mail" so the traking number may not work. Still if you send them a message trough facebook they will reply and try to help you. I had a really good experience with them. Hope you get your nose rings soon.
