The tracking system for your shipment is nonexistent. I would like to see a tracking number for my product that I've ordered so that I can tell when I'm going to receive it. I placed an order after this one to make up for this small nose ring that I cannot use And I still don't know if it's even been shipped.

I'm thankful for my product but it is not anything like I expected. It's dark and dingy looking. It's probably my first and last thing I'll purchase from this site.
They are super quick with shipping and the pricing is amazing I just wish I would've got what I ordered especially since I called customer service to replace it
Shopping is always good, I like the discounts. You also have cute product. I do wish you had more titanium options with cute themes. I usually have to throw away the stainless bars and move the ends to my own titanium bars. It would also be helpful if all products noted their thread type.
Overall a great experience! I came back for the 2nd time in a week... I only had an issue with one of the items(tongue ring bar)being unable to unscrew it at the bottom ball or the top decorative piece. But great communication from Body Candy throughout the shipping progression.

I only remember struggling to find proper safe jewelry; a lot of what was available the last time I placed was cheap and I couldn't wear most of it so I only ordered for my sister. Now there are many safe options for me!

Very nice. But I ordered the exact same item in 7mm. As well as this one (8mm) And it's a noticeable difference in colour and shine.
I know I'm not crazy. Because about 7-8 people noticed as well.
So I wish I got two of the 7mm as it shines way nicer and the gold colour is much better.
If I got two 8mm, it's a very very nice piece, and I wouldn't have noticed anything. So don't be skeptics about ordering this item.
But the 7mm and 8mm side by side are clearly noticeable.

The type of jewelry offered is much better than other sites I found. The discounts are great. So I will be making it my sole jewelry stop for those reasons alone
Answer: Mine took 8 days including the weekend. Sometimes you can't track your order, call them if you're concerned.
