If I could give no stars I would lol. First of all, my order got lost for a week in processing. Imagine my surprise to find I only got one of the pair of plugs I ordered - they actually do mention in the description of the product that you have to buy both individually, kind of, casually in passing. My bad for missing it, but I dunno why you wouldn't make that more clear. Maybe some big bold letters, IDC. Felt pretty scammed when I realized and that feeling sure lingered when I saw the very poor quality of the plugs and septum ring I paid for.

Not like it was anything you guys did, but tell me how even the post office had a hand in $#*!ing up this order when they lost my package for a week. Everybody played their part at least

BodyCandy delivered as promised through the holiday rush. When I reached out, customer service was more than willing and happy to help. My order was promptly expedited and in the air by the following day. They were also gracious enough to upgrade my order to next day shipping free of charge. I received shipping updates every step of the way and was easy to follow. Item showed up as advertised in perfect condition.

Nice piece of jewelry but too long—pokes me in the septum or sticks out of the front of my nose. Went back to the website to see if I could exchange it but it doesn't look like any other size options are available. Disappointed.

I had a very good experience with BodyCandy this is like my second purchase from them. A few years ago I purchased some nose rings but I finally decided to get some more after losing most of the ones I had bought previously. The quality is really good. The jewelry doesn't turn and it is comfortable. Just always make sure you get the right size for you. Overall I love the jewelry and will continue to buy more nose rings in the future.

After my last purchase, I am debating whether or not I buy from them again. One of the belly rings came out of the bag broken, but they did replace it. The other belly ring is a double mount and won't stay on. There was also a mystery set of nipple rings that inadvertently got added to my cart, that I did not want, and once the order goes through you can't cancel. I was able to return them, but you can only get store credit. Very sneaky.

Issue was resolved. Disappointed however that I cannot get my money back for the nipple rings I returned that I did not even want

It took a while for me to get my package but I can understand that it's the holiday time and delivery times are delayed.

I'm always satisfied by the products I receive. Also the shipment process is very easy as well

Their product quality is horrible. The stuff I ordered did not look like the website, is irritable to the skin, and breaks easily.
The order took 3X as long to get here as they said it would.
They did not send everything I ordered and will not send it to me or refund me for the missing items.
The customer service is nonexistent. I understand they have limited staff, but they should not be operating if they cannot even reply to an email. (I have sent multiple and not one has been responded too)
Will never shop here again.

My experience have been great. If there is an issue, contact customer service. I do know that they reply back, asap and quickly resolve the issue. This is why I continue to order from them and recommend them. 2 thumbs up

As someone just starting to stretch my ears, not a lot of inventory for 12 - 8 gauge plugs or tunnels. We'll see how fast shipping is and the quality of the products when it arrives.

Update: My products arrived within 5 days of placing order and were well packaged. My error was not looking at sizing appropriately and ordered two plugs that were too large. The other pieces are of great quality for the price! I will definitely order again!
