So I understand we're in the middle of a pandemic and things are slow. However, this was the worst experience I've ever had with a jewelry company. I have ordered once before from Body Candy and they were great! I'm not sure what happened. Anyway, I ordered like $20 worth of jewelry and it took two weeks before it even said it was shipped out. Then I got the tracking number and order number but it hadn't updated in another two weeks. So I contacted customer service and had to wait for a reply. I left a comment on their Facebook page asking where it was. They messaged me saying they would find it. It was still in NY, so they said they couldn't refund my money(?) By the way don't ever expect them to refund you, because surprise surprise this company does NOT refund your money. I purchased a septum ring that on the website said it was in stock so liking it I bought it. Well, come to find out, it's not even in the warehouse so they gave me "store credit" that I won't be using. They've reportedly sent another package to make up for it but I'm too irritated now. Don't buy from here if you can buy local. Support your local businesses instead of this place please.
