Bob's Red Mill

MOST of their products rate 4 or 5 stars. But their Oat Bran Cereal is terrible. Besides not tasting all that good, and failing to deliver the health results one has come to expect from both oat and bran cereals, it's an absolute nightmare to prepare. The page instructions for booth stovetop and microwave are dead wrong. If you must give this one a try, don't follow the instructions--use your gut hunch instead. But if you are disappointed, don't say you weren't warned.
