Lied to my wife and I about everything when We spent $5000 on a new bed. Paid for white glove service to remove our old bed and install our new one. Delivery drivers refused delivery because the old bed wasn't moved even though I paid extra for them to remove. Deliver drivers didn't speak English and made my wife cry and laughed at her while driving off with my 5000 dollar bed. After come to find out they only had the mattress and not the frame anyway after they ensured me that everything was coming on the same truck same delivery. I called the Nashua store and they didn't care and in fact said to me that their on people lied to me and were misinformed and should've told me that they would remove my old bed. Absolutely disgraceful. I will never recommend bobs to anybody. And the staff only care about a sale at the end of the day not your feelings or concerns!

Bought a gift card online and sent to my nephew. He never got it. Even though it said the item will ship via USPS, I call customer service after a month and she says it's a digital gift card. After asking how I was supposed to know this and told her it says it will be shipped in the email order receipt, she said she doesn't know. I ask her to cancel the order and she of course has issues doing so. She (who was lovely by the way) then says it's a different process to refund and I'll be called in two days about it. Want to place bets on whether they call me? Regardless, they suck.

Our first experience is purchasing from Bob's was this sofa, which we really liked when we visited the local showroom. When the item was delivered, however, is when the problems began. The delivery, for which we paid extra, was anything but "White Glove." The guys rushed through the process; installed one of the feet incorrectly; did not clear out all of the shipping plastic and straps attached to the piece and could not communicate well in English when there was a problem; and generally were unprofessional.

Since a defect was found in the couch upon unwrapping it, the installers reported an issue to their dispatcher. A technician arrived about a week later, noted the defect and agreed that the couch needed to be replaced. A new shipment was scheduled for a few days later. When that date arrived, the delivery guy stated he had only paperwork to pick up the defective couch. He did not have paperwork to deliver the replacement couch that was on his truck. I sent him away, saying that he could not take the item without replacing it.

On the next delivery date, two new guys arrived 1/2 hour early and proceeded to unpackage the replacement couch on my front lawn, leaving bits of plastic on the lawn. When they got the couch indoors, they had a problem installing the feet. I noticed that they were leaving sweat marks all over the feet yet they kept handling the fabric on the couch with their bare hands, which is pretty gross. Because they spoke very little English, the lead guy used a translation app on his phone to inform me they had to leave to get another drill bit. They disappeared for 1/2 hour.

When they returned, they installed the feet and proceeded to flip the couch over to pull out the mechanism that turns it i to a bed. They appeared to have difficulty and after a minute or so, I heard a loud "boing," and saw a rod pop away from its housing. Clearly, the mechanism was broken. At that point, they took a lot of photos and called some support people. Now I was being told that I would have to wait another week for yet another replacement couch. This, time, I was told the item would be inspected before it was loaded onto the truck to make certain there were no defects. Why isn't that done routinely?

Bob's Furniture represents itself as a down-home, quality option that promises great service. In fact, cheaply-made items are being pushed through with promises that are not kept. Their delivery services are abysmal. The couch is hardly of the quality shown at the website. And their 'customer service' is a joke.

Stay away from this business if you wish to avoid headaches and wasted time.

I purchased a Guardian protection plan with Bobs Discount Furniture. I sent a picture of the scratchs that were covered under the policy and they denied my claim and they refused to pay or replace a new table. They are scaming customers to buy insuranceon the furniture they tell you if anything happensto the furnitureits covered for 5 years. Then when you start a claim they deny your claim even thoe it specifically says its covered on the contract. The Contract definitely covers scratches and they said the picture was a fade not a scratch never ever sent a representative to check out the scratchs. The table set was $682.91 with the $69.99 goof proof plan. I purchased from Bobs furniture. I am definitely going to sue the company in small claims court if this matter isn't rectified.
