I needed a water pump for a 200 hp Honda. The tech I talked to was very knowledgeable and willing to help. After about 10 minutes he had my order done. Said it would be there in about 4 days, it was here in 3. Everything I needed and at a great price. Will definitely do business with them again. Thank you very much.

What a great company... I'm rebuilding or Yamaha Wolverine year 2001 I searched high and low for some parts that I needed and sure enough I tried boats.net parts showed up a week later amazing since then I have ordered every nut and bolt from this company they were able to find everything amazing. And when the part is on back order they sent you an email and give you ETA. Highly recommend this company.

Web site is easy to use. Part now expected to be delivered 7+ days after order. Quickly found the part I wanted. I needed the part quickly so I paid for expedited shipping. After 1 day, no change in status of my order online. After 2 days, no change in status. After 3 days, no change in status. I called them on the 4th day and they said it was "going out today". On the 5th day their was no status change online. I called them and they said, "The order was stuck". Stuck? I told them I needed 1 of the 5 parts I ordered immediately. It weighed 1.5 pounds. I agreed to pay $45 to get the 1 part sent overnight. I could wait on the other parts via UPS ground. Well, just what showed up via overnight delivery... 2 of the parts I don't need. Guess what was not delivered overnight. The part I need! Oh well, I guess I won't be taking my boat on this vacation. This could have been avoided. Very disappointing.
