Bad experience, One side was not work and courier partner pick up my eardopes for repair i got a message that will be not covered under warranty just because of damaged, What they advised me if courier partner will come for pic up your product if found damaged will not be pic up...Sonif my product was damaged so don't know how they pic up my eardopes. Unbelievable.
One of the worst services provided by the boat company.Their airdopes product never lasts for even 6 months and when you ask for replacement the reject by showing different product and lie that it is damaged.

I buy boat rockerz 450 just 6 months ago and now it's into 2 pieces. Completely use less. The build quality of project is so under the mark. And now after talking with their customer support, they are just saying can do anything of it just buy a new one. I purchased it on Amazon and over there while purchasing there wasn't mentioned any where that there isn't any claims available of you have a physical damage. Completely unhappy with their products. I highly recommend not to buy any of their products.
My buds are in warranty period but they refused to repair and tell me that it's physical damage,but according to me it's internal problem and they are not repaire it and give it back to me.
I have ordered my headphone which was boat rockerz 551 ANC Niarvana. When it's recieved a couple of days it's Brock. Then I try to reach warranty claim department. They do not answered to Me properly. Then I am against this company. Then I decided to burn their headphones. $#*!s.

Boat is known for their products which will work only for 1 year. Post the warranty period completes it stops. This review is as per my personal experience where i bought Airdopes from Boat and Neckband and again i purchase boat earbuds. All of the products stopped working exactly after 1 year. And earbuds are stop working only in 3 months. And i brought my airdopes for personal use after 6 months i changed battery but again same problem and now that was not in warranty periods. And i want repair my airdopes but everyone says not possible.and boat company said this is not in warranty.i totally loss of 4000 rupees

We sent a new piece of airdopes 131 with packing for replacement.
They replaced that fresh piece with an old piece of airdopes131 and that too without packaging and in a condition to not be used.

One of my earbuds piece was not working and it was still under warranty so when I sent it back to repair or replace they sent it back as it is saying it was working properly.
The service is very pathetic. They promise a replacement and send a refurbished product. Wouldn't not at all recommend boAt products

My head phone was not working one side i claim my warranty courier guy inspected headphone and he delivered to boat center and they told me that it's damaged

After damage in 2 month that is right side not working not connecting.and they are not exchanging it fast they are taking too much time I think it approx 15 days but they are not exchanging it fast very slow and poor service by boat with poor quality or airdops.
