The only thing you can do is to stay away, its a waste of time to keep asking for them to refund your deposit or interest. You can let the authorities know and file a report, this will probably be a waste of time. I did all this and still didn't get my money back until I was introduced to broadoak-capital. I put my money on this platform in total ignorance, it was after earning profits and I decided to opt out, it dawned on me this is a scam platform established with the sole aim of stealing from their unsuspecting investors. You can never get your money out of here as long as it requires their approval. I was left in the dark and none of my mails to the support was helpful. They never replied my mails and it was only after I utlized the recommendation of a solicitor to get help within B A K T R A I L, that was when I had the chance to file a formal compalint against this scam platform and I got my loss out of the account with their expertise and I was guided through the whole process

I sent them 2 transactions of BTC to exchange to ETH--they took the BTC out of my wallet in a heartbeat and NEVER sent any ETH (or even returned the taken BTC). I've mailed their "support" four times (in quotes because there IS no support--and never received a reply. I read the fine print and I AM entitled to a refund so I tried to email their legal team--email address in tiny letters lost in the lengthy terms and conditions--even THAT isn't a real email address. It bounced back, unread to my own email after timing out (gmail tried for 44 hours). I am totally ashamed at the amount of crypto this company has taken from me and OUGHT to have done my due dilligence by researching them first. Based out of Hong Kong, it states I AM entitled to a trial to get my money back, but I don't see how this is possible if I can't even get in contact with them.

Found the reference on a YouTube ad to use this site to make money fast! Little did I know it was a scam of moving BTC to ETH and then back to BTC on another exchange website (another scam).
