I am letting you know my experience with Bluestem Brands/ Fingerhut -- You are first paying way over for the same merchandise you can get other places cheaper --- They are outrageous on the shipping charges they are thief's taking your hard earned money to give you credit who is supposed to help you.

They are so cold hearted if you need help with anything they are not there to care if you're going though hardships or whatever with the economy how it is they don't try to waive late fees, they have overseas representatives who are only reading a script and very unprofessional it's like they have multiple people working in a work out cubicle for different companies who are not trained properly, and they don't know what they are doing beyond reading what's on the computer screen.

I have been with Fingerhut for awhile now and I was an excellent loyal customer who has bough so much from them and had developed a higher credit limit with them. I lost my job back in November 2023 and they have not cared about the situation but they are sure tacking on them late fees to steal more money from customers -- When I get things paid off I will never use this company for anything as they have ruined my credit score, And the call center is the most extremely unorganized place I have ever dealt with -- Fingerhut and Bluestem Brands should be boycotted and shut down and I think this place needs to be taken to social media so that they can be looked into the policies and how they deal with customers and other hardships they don't care about --- When you call for help they say your eligible until we tack on more late fees, and other fees to mess you over more than what we have in the first place.

Please don't use this company I will be taking my experience to the social media platforms soon as tiktok, and some podcast to get the word out how I am treated so it may save others from a company messing up their credit, not willing to work with them, not having a heart when you're going though a hardship.

Not only do not have a job currently, I also help take care of a mother partially paralyzed from a stroke, 2 stage dementia, and 3rd stage kidney disease, so when I ask for help from Bluestem Brands and Fingerhut they don't wanna take the infinitive to help anyone who has been a loyal customer -

You NEVER get an USA representative on the telephone to speak to about our accounts and the ones you do get like I stated are only reading a script to begin with. It's really getting outrageous when you hear everyone taking the jobs that should be left in the United States.

Please if you read this look what they have put me though and rethink signing up with any of these companies that give you a small amount of credit, higher priced merchandise,outrageous shipping charges and stealing your money basically.and than mess up your credit in the same sense. So I wanted to let you know to go to other places, save up money and go to some place you can really depend on this company is not it..
