They moved me since January we are now in late August inhaler not received my stuffs. They stole my properties and identity. Am battling a legal fight with them. They are not able to catch these theives. Please stay away.

The worst
July 29, 2024

I only gave this company one star because I could not post my review without reading it. I would give it -5 stars if possible.
It has been over a year and a half and I am still waiting for a refund from Blue lion Moving & Storage. They damaged over $800 worth of items and on top of that, lost three items. I have been emailing them on a monthly basis requesting the partial refund of a little over $300 they offered in compensation Still nothing.
Do not use this company!

I used America 1st, broker & they referred me to Familiar Movers in CA. I live in AZ, the movers showed up & loaded my entire household & left as arranged in August 2023, saying they didn't know where they would store my goods. I was moving due to rent increase & didn't know where I would go (aka homeless). I had no phone # or address to contact Familiar but in March 2024 I received a call from Blue Lion saying Familiar was out of business & that my goods were now in storage with Blue Lion & I should pay them. I paid 2 payments $1200 each in March & April but they would not give me an itemized listing & individual costs when I asked 4 times. On a lark I called Familiar Movers July 3 & was told they are still in business & still had all my goods in their storage. On July 5 Familiar was then out of business & I was referred to Green Pelican Movers who shared storage with Familiar. Since I live in AZ & moving companies are in CA this created state law problems. Now I will pay $2400 twice (Blue Lion & Green Pelican) until I can get DOT to investigate Blue Lion for dishonestly claiming Familiar was out of business at that time & that my goods were in Blue Lion storage. Payment to Blue Lion was made with wire transfers so my bank statement shows the timing when I thought Blue Lion was being honest with me. I am filing a complaint with DOT & possible report stolen money & fraud to police. BE AWARE, DO NO BUSINESS WITH BLUE LION!

Don't use this truck line for anything. They damaged the furniture that Was delivered and 2/3 of the move is still missing now since Feb 2,2024

Blue lion Moving and Storage is about the worst company hands down I've ever dealt with. Their customer service bottoms out and that doesn't even begin to describe how horrible my experience was. They damaged more products than they delivered they lost shipments and then when I called them on it they acted like. I could not have been more displeased with a moving company.

HORRIBLE
March 18, 2024

This company delivered crushed boxes. Boxes that were not the ones I purchased and were repacked in other boxes with my sticker. Just happened today. So this weekend I have to unpack everything in storage to see what is missing and things are missing.
Please Beware!

I went through Long Haul Movers, never informed that my stuff was going to be moved via Blue Lion. Upon delivery, part of my furniture had been destroyed, they only brought 1/2 of my sectional, and several things were broken. When I consistently called customer service, I was told they would look into it and call me back. Never received a call back, when I talked to them, they cared less that my stuff was still sitting in a warehouse in Phoenix. Would score a zero if I could

Recently moved cross country with Blue Lion Movers, well, i moved across the country my stuff cannot be accounted for. When deciding on a moving company they gave me high confidence over the phone and on pickup, explaining they are typically very accurate on delivery and likely would be within a few days of the delivery date. Their tone changes significantly once they have payment and are holding your personal belongings hostage. They no longer have any sort of estimate and cannot provide one other than it'll be within 30 business days (which in reality is 6 weeks not including holidays), and they'll give 24 hours notice one delivery. Their customer service is beyond rude and does not have a care in the world that you have 0 of your belongings after a long move. Horrible experience, i beg you to use any other moving company and I absolutely wish I checked online reviews of this company as it appears to be on par with their expected service, wish I could give 0 stars.

Contracted Blue Lion through verified movers. Was estimated to be a couple thousand. The movers were two days late and we had to renegotiate another contract. Movers arrive in a uhaul truck, and tell us they need another thousand dollars in order to move all our furniture. We didn't have it so we renegotiatied another contract. We were forced to abandoned several furniture, then asked for an additional 300 once all the stuff was loaded. Verified movers and the movers reiterated a 10 day delivery time frame. We are now on day 25. We've been sleeping and eating on the floor waiting for our belongings, which according to them is still in it's original state.

First and last time of using this moving company. My Items arrived today so many boxes are missing- Over 10! This beautiful chair I bought is not even there! Boxes arrived damaged we can tell how they been unprofessionally loaded! My big expensive TV came completely damaged! Desk arrived with broken leg. They told me on the phone before I made the contract with them thoroughly different story! They know how to talk on the phone to ofer you there business. People be aware! In real is not what they say. Lack of profession and they do not care about the customer shipping items. Very poor service! So disappointed! We are going to rapport a claim.

This company is terrible. Do Not use. We had a move from CA to AZ. Allen our salesperson lied and misled us. we ended up paying $4,200 more than he quoted us. We had a 3 bedroom house and a full garage. Allen told us, he got the OK from his boss for a 42 cubic foot truck in order to fit all our things and gave us a price for $7,800. His company showed up in a 24 cubic foot BUDGET truck. All our things did not fit in the truck and we were forced to leave things behind. The movers broke quite a few of our things and ALLEN nor anybody else hasn't gotten back to us. Stay away from this company. I wish I could have given them a negative 5 stars. I don't know how they can live with themselves. They are liars and scammers. Not professional, i can't get a call back, I have damaged, broken and missing items. They sent the truck with only 2 people-defiantly needed more than 2 people to unload. They took apart all the furniture and no one knows where the screws went to put the furniture back together, so we had to find screws for all of the furniture and other items.

I recently used Blue Lion for a last minute move and I am so grateful that I found them. As a single parent who had just gotten transferred, the stress of finding a reliable moving company at the last minute was overwhelming. However, Blue Lion came in and saved the day. They packed everything and took care of everything, making the entire process stress-free for me. The total cost of the move was 4k, which was very reasonable considering the excellent service I received. Carlos and his crew were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend Blue Lion, and especially Carlos and his crew, to anyone in need of a moving company. They truly made my move a breeze and I am so grateful for their help.
