Easy website set up through Bluehost Builder - cute themes! I've gotten 10+ error messages from Jetpack over the past week and a alf alerting me that my domain was offline. The day after I registered and was working on my site the whole Bluehost builder was down.:-( I'm in the process of launching a small business and need a functioning website 24/7.
I have been with Bluehost for over ten years. In my work I have clients who have other hosts, like GoDaddy. Bluehost outshines them because of their excellent customer support. As a developer, I appreciate as well that they don't dumb things down and limit access to technical features. Or, as some of the other do, charge extra for features that come standard with Bluehost.

There has been a problem accessing webmail for two days. Keep getting error messages "too many redirects" when trying to login to webmail. Once I get there finally then when trying to compose it says a compose session cannot be accessed. Spent an hour online with chat yesterday but no resolution. Have rebooted all devices, all computers, all routers as told but did not resolve.

A web hosting company can have great tech service when all is well. But, it is when things don't go well - and it happens - that provides the hallmarks of great tech service. Bluehost has successfully and respectfully solved every single tech issue that I had no matter how complicated or difficult. The representatives take time to explain difficult applications and are always very polite. I learned a lot about Wordpress from the backend and also learned a lot about how to provide service for my own customers from a tech standpoint. Thank you, Bluehost, for helping my business for the past 3 years.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
