I have issues with my clients not receiving emails

I have issues with my clients not receiving emails. It's impossible to resolve the issue with your customer service chat feature.
I tried calling customer service directly from Spain where i live several times, but waitied over 30mins for a rep to assit me. But I eventually hung up after waiting for someone to assist me.

I am constantly being bombarded by Spam emails and I receive emails that a new user has resistered. I receive thse test emails with some strange email address every other day.

The new UI is not accurate

The new UI is not accurate. Being prompted for the same offer each time at log in without a "Do no show me this again" checkbox is needed. Managing domains/website installations and the domain server folder locations is missing. Having several account number for each domain is ridiculous. There's not a way to see how I'm being billed for any service offering.

I understand the new dashboard was geared towards making things easier for people who don't know what they are doing... but its made it more painful for people who did know their way around. Would have been nice if we had a choice to keep the old interface. I still find it buggy

The Chat people are horrible

The Chat people are horrible. Terrible delays. Every time I have to write it takes 35-55 minutes. Are they taking care of 20 people at a time? AND they are not skilled enough to do what is needed. It's hit or miss.

I am being prompted to create a pin and verify my phone number to enter into my account. I did not sign up for a system like this when I paid for this service. It is an inconvenience to use this. Every time I login now I have to go through this non sense. I do not want text or phone calls every time I log in to my account. I cannot even access my profile now because of this non sense. You should ask paying customers if they want their account to have this so-called security measure. I for one do not. I wish you had left my account alone.

Bluehost has become very poor in helping customers, we stay on hold for 50 minutes to then find out that the customer support representative is incompetent and cannot help with a simple task, such as making a domain name point to a folder. And many of them are rude and make me responsible for the issues. I have been using Bluehost for many years, and referring it to my web design clients, but today I am having second thoughts. And the new interface is flawed and by default everybody installs wordpress without asking me, I only do HTML websites, NOT Wordpress. I hope you fix that soon.
