Outages with no notifications

Outages with no notifications. Support is very slow and often unhelpful. Every chat conversation takes over 30 minutes because it takes over 3 minutes for each response from the support rep. Support took down our site by editing a file without our permission and we found and fixed the issue ourselves.

You have messed around with the layout of the system without warning. It runs substantially slower now.

Your 2 factor authentication system isn't working properly and I had to use the recovery key in order to log in. Just one more piece of unnecessary work.

Your chat bot just wastes space on the screen. It can't answer anything thats not on the menu and has no way of escalating - maybe that's a deliberate design decision to keep your customers in a confusion loop for as long as possible so you don't have to give them any support.

If that's an example of the wonders of artificial intelligence, God help all of us.

My overall experience has been underwhelming. Customer Service is really bad. When you contract it out overseas to people who give you answers out of a manual (that doesnt fix your problem 75% of the time), thats not customer service. Thats annoying. Hosting companies are nothing but a leeching money grabbing racket seeking to squeeze every penny they can out of their customers.

It is no longer possible to sign into accounts. Last month you unilaterally removed 2FA from my account so anyone could get in. I have reset it but you do not accept codes you sent to my phone. The new interface is diabolically bad.
