This place SUCKS…. On day three of my recipients still not getting their flowers I called and was on hold for 45 minutes before speaking to a real person to ask for a refund. They offered to give me five dollars off woo hoo who knows if I will even receive my refund

I ordered flowers from this company for a dear friend. They never delivered the flowers. I called to report this to the company and they told me that they were delivered. I stated that they had not, but they rely only on their driver's feedback. It was apparent to me through the call that it does not matter if the customer states that the flowers did not get delivered to the loved one. This is not a customer driven business or they would fix the issue. I was left with the answer of no refund and I can call back to see what the driver said! I called the bank to start a dispute to have the money refunded. Beware!
Ordered assorted daisies online. Flowers arrived without the balloon I paid an extra $6 USD for. Flowers were the wrong colour and there were about half the flowers from the picture online. I complained and they offered a 10% refund, which only covers the missing balloon. Over $100 for flowers I could have gotten at the grocery for $25. Very little value for the money.
I am not usually one to complain or write bad reviews but this is the worst experience with flowers EVER! 1st we ordered the flowers on Monday April 17th for same day delivery. I had to call on Thursday April 20th to find out why they have not been delivered yet. They left me on hold while calling the receiver of the flowers to ask them if they got them as if I was lying! Then told me to give them 24-48 hours to figure it out. Later that evening the person received some flowers with our note we added with order and it was completely wrong. It looked like someone went out and picked some weeds from a field and then threw some carnations in it. I will post the Bear floral arrangement in a basket that we ordered and cost $88.00 and then the vase of weeds w/out the bear that was actually sent. So after that I reached back out to customer service and they said half-apologic that they could give us 10% of the cost + $15.00 for the missing bear back to make it right. I replied with a big no! You have to be kidding me that I would get a refund of $23.75 for the mess up and poor quality of flowers. There is NO WAY I WILL EVER USE THEM OR REFER THEM TO ANYONE AGAIN. Best believe word of mouth carries and my experience has been shared.
I paid for same morning delivery for a special occasion. Flowers were delivered days later and had to be left because intended recipient wasn't even there. As an apology company offered me a $15 coupon. The coupon expired before I could even use it the next month. When I advised them the $15 coupon expired and I couldn't use it they sent me a 7 % coupon to replace it. Of course $15 was more valuable than 7% on most any order. This is not a reliable vendor I will never use them again.
The order was for a funeral. They arrived after the service. They were bug infested, slimy and rotten. Although I had ordered to be delivered on a Friday they arrived on a Monday. I am assuming the condition of the order is because they sat on a truck for 3 extra days. I was on hold for customer service 2 times for over 20 minutes and the issue is not resolved. Customer Service hung up on me bacause I yelled (ok, that might be justifiable but please help instead of "filing a report"! The issue has not been resolved
If I could give them 0 stars that's exactly what I would do! They phoned the day before delivery to tell me that they wouldn't have a driver but if I would pay an additional $23 and change they could get them delivered- I asked why their emergency should be my extra expense- then they offered to deliver an upgraded bouquet the day After for no extra charge - well doesn't matter how nice it is if it's not delivered on the date they were meant for - I better see a refund- they shouldn't be in business
Flowers were not delivered on the date they were supposed to be, on a Saturday, IT WAS FOR A BIRTHDAY! Then they said they would be delivered the next business day (Monday) and they are still not delivered. I was NOT notified of either delay and only found out when I called that they would not be delivered again. They claim it is a supply issue, then why wasn't I told that at the time of ordering? I did not get good service and paid lots of money for a very special 25th birthday gift to my daughter. No help over the phone and conveniently the Supervisor was not there to speak to. Super frustrated with still no delivery! And of course my card has been charged!
Do not order from here. I ordered a funeral spray and paid extra for premium flowers and expedited delivery. The flowers never arrived, even though the status tracking online said it would be delivered by end of day. The next day they still did not arrive and now the status had said there was a delay due to Covid. The customer service sucked. The phone number with the automated info was useless, and the online support chat, the buttons didn't even worked, though I tried on different browsers. Even with the promised refund, the experience of not having the flowers for the funeral service SUCKS. Can you imagine having a funeral with no flowers. They didn't even have the courtesy to let me know there was a delay so I could order from someone else.

I spent $90 for a large deluxe sympathy basket for my friend who lost her husband. She was surprised and sent me a picture. I did not tell her that was not what I ordered as I did not want to upset her. I called the local florist who made it, she said all she got was $55 and $10 of that was for delivery. Blossom kept the rest. All the instructions were just a basket of greens and one flower. It was so small, the size of a hand. My friend probable thinks I'm a cheap skate. Blossom charged a deliver and a tip and kept it all. Do not use this company.
I can't believe this place is still in business! They lied about being more local. Flowers were scimpy and shriveled up. Did not look a bit close to what I ordered. I demanded my money back After a very long time on the phone it came to 30%. It's a racket! The responses from these people are rehearsed! Like a robot. Overpriced and very very very poor customer service. They SUCK! I wish they could be put out of business! I even gave them a $7 tip This is what I got for almost $100.
I ordered flowers for a friend for her birthday. What she received looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I emailed them and they called and offered me a refund of 10% I told them that was ridiculous because the difference between what I paid and what was delivered was way more than 10%. Then she said well, the most we can offer is 20% and was I interested in that. I said no, I will just tell everyone I know not to order from you. TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered online thinking I was ordering from a local shop in Downers Grove Illinois. I was actually ordering from a service that takes the money and then farms out the arrangement and delivery. What was delivered was NOT what I ordered. Shabby arrangement instead of the "Royal Bouquet" I ordered. Vase was low cost, flowers the wrong colors and over all very dissatisfied with all aspects. I wouldn't be surprised if the flower arrangemant was actually purchased at a Jewel-Osco and then delivered to funeral home. I was not able to attend Mom's funeral and it was important to have just the right arrangement. Can't believe I paid 96$ for this bait and switch. Will be disputing with credit card company and contacting BBB. This company is a scam. FIRST picture is what was delivered- NOT AT ALL AS DEPICTED ON WEBSITE! SECOND picture is the website photo- purple, pink and white tulips/ classy vase.
Still no flowers after 2 days. Same day or 2 hr delivery a joke. This is a clearing house not an actual florist. False advertising at very least. Rude customer service was no help.
Please don't waste your money here, they will continue to ask you for more money, your delivery will be delayed multiple times and you will NOT get what you paid for. I am very unhappy with the entire interaction with this company. I ordered the Renewal bouquet Friday evening (April 15th) and it was supposed to be delivered Saturday. I received a phone call on Saturday evening by someone asking me to pay $40 more to have the bouquet delivered that same day due to a supply shortage. I declined to pay more and was told the flowers would just be sent on Monday morning. Monday evening I called in to ask when the flowers would be delivered, I was then told my order wasn't ready yet but that it was the highest priority and that it would be delivered before noon on Tuesday. I asked them specifically if the flowers that would be sent were going to look exactly like the picture online because of all the problems i had already encountered and was told it would look the same and would even be a little upgraded at no extra cost because of all the delays. On Tuesday, I called at 12:40 to ask when the delivery would be made and was told it would still take another hour or two. After the flowers were finally delivered I was sent a photo of the bouquet that was delivered. Not only were the flowers not upgraded, they looked nothing like the photo online and actually looked like they were downgraded, like something I could've picked up at the grocery store. Do not use. Paid for an $84 arrangement and they contacted Meijers in Traverse City, MI, who delivered their cheapest $15 arrangement. (I mistakenly thought I was ordering from a florist in TC whose name is Blossoms.)
The funeral flowers delivered were NOTHING like what I ordered based on what was pictured on the website. The order was for a "Rustic basket of daisies," but cheap, ugly, overpriced mums were delivered in a vase (see picture below). I was offered a 10% refund, and upon complaining further, a 30% "final offer," excluding fees, was applied. Certainly not adequate for this clear breech of my trust. This contributed considerably to my sadness over the passing of my relative, rather than alleviate it. I only wish I had read all the negative reviews before proceeding with my offer, but I was so excited to find what I thought was exactly what I was looking for. Blossom flower delivery should be put out of business, not to mention ashamed.
If I could give this "0" stars I would. I'm in the customer service business and have NEVER had this kind of experience. The flowers I ordered for my daughter's birthday were never delivered - only to find out that the yellow tulips weren't even delivered to the "design team" before the day they were to be delivered. I understood and we rescheduled for delivery the NEXT day - a Saturday. I was assured they would be delivered by 1:00 pm. By 9:00 PM they still weren't delivered and an email stated they were looking into the problem. Assured me they would reschedule. Come Sunday, no flowers, no email, no customer service rep answering phones, NADA. I waited until Monday around 4:00 pm and still no flowers and I was put on hold on the phone and was #15 with a "15 second wait." Then the clock ticked and I was #11 with 15 second wait, all the way to #1 with a 15 second wait, REALLY? When I talked to a person I was told they needed to talk to the delivery team. That set me off and I canceled the order and wanted a FULL refund only to be met with the representative telling me they needed 24-48 hours to look into the order. FORGET THAT - the clock started for me last Friday. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company right away. This was an awful experience.
