Ordered 2 of their dress shirts in 3x. I normally take X but wanted to be safe as I know chinese stuff is generally made smaller. I receive them and they fit my boys who are men's medium. I followed the size chart and saw that 3 x was the right shoulder and chest size for me. Beware, as when I asked for a refund, they indicated they gave me the right size I asked for. Never again. No longer on my facebook feed.
Ordered products a month ago. Still don't have! Sent 39 emails and they first said they were busy from the holidays and would send as soon as possible 5-7 business days and still didn't get and sent another email saying still didn't see a shipment confirmation and now they say they are busy from the sale they have going on. What happened in between the first time busy to busy again. This should have been sent out before the sale went on the second time. They have my money and still I don't have products. Can't call anyone anymore. It's just horrible. They send me back an email and say for the long wait here is a 20 0/0 discount code which expired already and who would order more when I don't have what I originally ordered. Do not take the chance to buy anything from them. They used to be great when you could actually talk to someone but now you can't
I did place an order for the Keto product. I received a confirmation e-mail, but noticed I was charged for product I didn't order and did not receive a confirmation for. When I contacted customer service, I was told to return the added product and they would return my money. I returned the whole shipment by refusing it and the post office sent it back. I have been e-mailing for weeks and they say they have not had confirmation from the warehouse that it has been returned. Very Shady business dealings.
Ordered 3 vials for 59.00 got 9 for 229.00, didn't order the wrinkle cream got it anyway, told no refunds or returns, total ripoff, leave the site now!
I ordered 2 bottles of the skin tag removal and they were including 3 additional bottles for $59.88. They also charged $199.88 additional to my card. Now they have sent 5 more bottles and charged another $199.88 to my card. The serum doesn't even work. What a rip off. Karen James
Ordered the mascara 5/12/2023. Received order 8/13/2023. No warning or update about ridiculous shipping time. Asked for refund. No offer for any kind of resolution.
Stay away from this company! Ordered for my daughter and it was 19 days without shipping. Sent email, nothing. Then magically a $25 gift card showed in my email? Then I contacted their online support and they said NO REFUNDS! I told them I would report to my credit card company and they issues a refund? What a scam! Stay away!
I bought this product "Amore Bliss Anti Aging" through aan ad claiming it was part of Jennifer Lopez line of products. I cancelled my membership immediately after receiving it and realized it was a fraud. My biggest concern now is that they have my debit card info. Amazon would not let me leave a review, no doubt why it's so popular on their site. Ladies beware, we need to research these products a lot better. Leave reviews on a site that doesn't care if the products sell or not.
They cheat u DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS I authorized $59. TWO HOURS LATER they charged my account $200 I immediately called... to no avail. They refused to refund.
I didn't want to give one star. I wish there were negative stars. But I cannot send this review, very well earned without 1 star but I promise they don't deserve even a zero! Followed a advertisement that claimed this product removed a skin tag. They stated they were almost out due to the demand. I was charged $199.99 for six bottles. Who needs 6 bottles for 1 small skin tag? Then a few weeks later six more bottles. This went on five times. I have over 30 bottles. I asked them to stop charging and sending me these bottles since they don't work anyway. They did it again. Then we noticed they were similar in name to a good company called blissworld who told us how to reach the company. We were told if we sent back the unopened last box we'd get a refund for $199.99. We never opened it and paid to ship it back. Over a month later as that was in May 15th, come now, July 3rd still no refund. Finally someone from India or the Philippines, couldn't understand him stated there was a $5 restocking fee per bottle, so they deducted $30, and never covered the postage to return what I didn't want anyway. Now with 24 bottles left, nothing worked! Skin tag grew. It's almost like this product grows skin tags. Worthless crap, snake oil. Anyone want free samples let me know as it's pure crap IMO
The last two times I bought this product, the pads were completely dry when I opened the package. There was no "serum" on either pad. Don't think I'll buy this again.
Placed order and receive in 3 weeks. Product did not work as stated and I wanted to return it. They say they only have a 30 day guarantee but I sent the article saying 60 day guarantee (which I was within) and they said they'd refund me $70 and I could keep the product. I said no and finally got a return address and necessary info. Did return and now 6 months later STILL no refund.BEWARE - DO NOT BUY. Keep sending emails
This company is a complete scam guys bliss care. Be very very careful when you order products from them they will keep charging your credit card without any permissions of yours. If there was bellow 0 ratings I will give them 0 stars. When you called them they will keep saying I am sorry I am sorry to hear that we will return your money back. I wanted one bottle and thought that is what I ordered. On the checkout page it showed no dollar amounts but said a receipt would be emailed after the purchase was completed. The email I received showed five bottles at $149.91 charged to my credit card. I called and they said it was too late to cancel and I would be able to return the order when it arrived. I refused delivery of the item and the post office returned it to them. No refund came so I called and they told me that I would be charged $5 per bottle for a restocking fee. Will file complaint with my credit card company.

I purchased 5 bottles of the mole remover. It did not work. I was in compliance with their request to return the product. Got. Tracking number etc. after one month I had t heard from Bliss so I emailed their customer service. Only to receive. Message back that the package I sent back did not have an RMI number on it and therefore they will
Not refund my money. I was not instructed by their representative about this RMI number. They're now saying as a courtesy they will credit me $74.00. I paid over $150. So please be aware before u purchase any of their products.
Do NOT order from this company! They will automatically sign you up for reoccurring charges on products that you did not order and then refuse to refund the money. I have spent hours on the phone and with customer service, half the time they disconnect the call, and still only ended up with a partial refund. Do not waste your money or time! If you do, do not bother returning the product or asking for your money back. Just report the charge as fraud immediately and close your card.
After using 3 bottles nothing changed and now have the nerve to sent 5 more bottles that I didn't order and charged my account 99 dollars. Going to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs and our state's Attorney General
I am restricted to the amount of details I can provide but trust me on this - Bliss is truly horrible on every possible level. The Customer Care Call Center is noisy and the representative simply repeats the same thing over and over without in any way resolving the issue. There is an inadvertent charge on my credit card for $199.88 - thankfully Apple Support canceled as Bliss customer support is unresponsive in spite of their online advertisements claiming wonderful products and great customer service support. Overall a very frustrating experience which now will ensure I will never be a Bliss customer.
I would rate Bliss Skin a 0 if I could. They are stealing from consumers. I tried to cancel my order within 5 mins of purchasing, as my invoice went from $40 to $200. I emailed and called them. They claimed the order shipped already and there's no way to cancel. No response to my email yet. No way to escalate via phone. They also claim I should get an email response to my cancellation request and tracking info for the "shipped order" within 24-48 hours. I already called my bank to report a fraudulent case and try to stop payment.
They took $260 out of my account for a $38 item I'm 69 years old I didn't order skin moisturizer five bottles of skin tag care didn't order any of that stuff when I called them to have them cancel it they said they would 4 days later a refunded the money in 60 seconds later took it right back out again total scumbags now I've got a complaint in with my bank and the Better Business Bureau
Answer: Yes! Really bad skin reactions to real peel mask - hives, breakouts.etc that lasted a week.
