Although the cordless blinds work well at full movement, being pulled down and returned to an up position, we are still not completely enamored with the slat closure and opening. Your directions say it takes time to learn how to properly close the blinds in a slow manner etc. They still are a difficult re-position of the slats. Some will not even open fully or turn a full opposite direction. I expect they will be ruined in little time by others that will try to manually turn the slats to the desired angle.

The wood blinds were ordered for our cabin in the mountains. We were very pleased that all 5 fit each window just fine. One of the valances was slightly too big but we cut off the excess and the blinds look and work great. Kudos to Blindster.
We are very happy with our Blindster order of a roller shade and cellular blinds. The installation was fairly easy and they look wonderful. Would definitely recommend Blindster. Customer service very helpful with questions.
More expensive than Home Depot for 2" faux wood - BUT - got exact measurements needed with Blindster, AND, prefer Blindster's up and down pulleys over the long rod you twist to change the angle of the blinds.

The cellular shades took longer in production than estimated but when I called customer service they were very helpful. The blinds were easy to install and are exactly what I expected. I do recommend requesting samples so that you can get the color and filtering you expect. I recommend the higher quality double cell shade.
Great product. Good quality. Fits the windows perfectly (follow the measurement instructions on the site). I would purchase from them again. Boxes were damaged in shipment, but that's not on them.

The website was very easy to use. The measuring instructions were very helpful. Good communication via email regarding the order and its progress. Then once I received the order, I had an issue with one of the blinds, and I contacted Blindster via chat, and was immediately sent an email so that the problem could be resolved. A replacement blind was made and sent. Very happy with the product and service. My only complaint is there were no installation instructions included with the blinds. Thank goodness I have a handy husband.

I am sorry you had a problem with your order!
I do see that the factory was out of the material needed for the normal headrails that are used to make these shades. So they substituted using the headrails that are standard for the Premium Cellular Shades. This is considered to be a better headrail.
I completely understand why you would be unhappy that your headrails didn't match your previous orders. I will contact you directly to get this remade according to your wishes.
