When I called Blindster to order blinds to replace two that had torn after three years, they offered (without my asking) to replace them at no charge.
On another order I needed one blind and mistakenly ordered two - they credited back the amount paid for the unneeded blind.

We do not use the credit card we purchased our blinds from you, often. We use that one so sparingly that the last purchase we used it, in months, was at Blindster! We were alerted that our credit card was used for large amounts of purchases elsewhere, apparently because Blindster employees are either dishonest with your customers information, and/or your websrte is not secure. Thank goodness our credit card company alerted us, but we were highly inconveneinced and were required to close the account and reopen it with new cards issued days later. Please update your security with your customers.

We do not store any credit card information on our website and our checkout process is protected by the very latest security protocols and firewalls. We hire an outside security expert to monitor the security performance of site continuously. We also run period tests that tell us any weaknesses in our programs or servers.
According to our IP records, your order was placed in a location in your city. None of our employees can access your credit card number, security code or expiration date.
I ordered roller shades for our ranch cabin - the shades are great. My only negative is the measuring and even though I was provided assistance, the shades were about 1/2 inch too narrow, but they will work. My customer service representative, Sandra, was terrific! Can't say enough good things about her help.
