Perfect fit and great quality!

I have ordered the 2" faux wood blinds for nine windows in 4 different sizes. I did not order them all at the same time but over 3 years. Each order arrived as stated and was easy enough for me to install myself. All you need are simple tools and a power drill. I recently ordered a bottom up/top down cellular shade for a second floor bathroom. Again, perfect fit and easy installation. I love being able to leave the top of the window shade down half way to let the morning sun come in but maintain privacy. Measuring accurately is important, but if you follow the recommended measuring techniques on the website you'll be spot on! After three years, my oldest shades still look and function great!

Great blinds

The blinds were beautiful but the hardware sent to hang hem were too deep for the windows. My husband had to modify it to make it work. Also poor instructions on hanging them

Took me an hour just to figure out that the blinds are stuck until you dislodge them with a screwdriver. Our string to turn the blinds from open to shut was also not working. I had to re thread everything myself. It was so much work! The blinds are wood and very heavy, the string seems flimsy to pull them up. I'm afraid it will break after a few pulls

Outstanding Customer service

I have been in the customer service field for more years than I care to state. So ordering these blinds, site unseen was certainly stepping out of my comfort zone, I certainly needn't worry. Customer service rep Sandra had my back, she put my order on hold til I got samples that she expressed to me. Once I saw the samples and gave the ok, I rec'd the blinds. They are so well constructed, the colors are just right for every room. I can honestly state that this company far exceeds any other company that I have done business with. I cannot wait to get my other rooms outfitted with more blinds.

Picture is decieving

When I was ordering and customizing my blinds, the picture shows a pole for the tilt location which would be on the left and the right would be the lift strings. The picture shows the tilt as a stick but the order came in as both strings for lift and tilt. I was looking forward to matching the rest of the blinds in my home with the tilt rod but didn't get thenpm that way and I ordered a substantial amount of blinds I believe I ordered 8 of them. That was my only disappointment.

I'm sorry you aren't happy with your blinds. Thank you for letting me know that one of the photos on that product did show tilt wands. The wand tilt is not available on this product but our Premium Fauxwood Blinds have that option available. I will call you to see what we can do to get you what you want.

Recently purchased a 100 year old house with different dimensions on every window! Ordered 5 differed size of blackout shades and they didn't fit exactly the first time so Blindster followed up with their guarantee and remade the blinds and I only had to pay $15 a blind to remake and kept the old ones! Super impressed. Great quality, totally worth your money. I highly recommend.

One problem: installation instructions were only in one box. The box was unlabeled and it was the last one opened. Caused some installation angst. Would have been better to include in all five boxes or at least label the one. "Installation instructions
