Great Customer Service!

The bamboo shades I ordered were of very good quality and shipped rapidly; however, one of them was made incorrectly and it was noticeably crooked. I called Blindster customer service and explained the problem and they sent a new shade to me quickly at no extra cost. I love my new shades!

Problem with closing
October 15, 2016

Both of the last two blinds we received have a problem with the wand closing the slats all the way. When the wand gets to a certain point there is a clicking sound like it can't go any further. We have contacted customer service and as soon as we can get some pictures we will send them to Linda.

Our name is misspelled below. It should be Burger, not Burgeer.

Having installed Blindster blinds in my previous home, it was a no brainer to use them in my new one. After purchasing pleated shades for 7 windows and 2 doors, I finished my home with white faux wood blinds for my 2 kitchen windows. They look fabulous, as do all my other window treatments. Now my sister is re-doing all of her window treatments--keeping it in the family!

Exceeded all expectations!

Online ordering was a breeze! Shipment of 20 blinds of various sizes arrived in no time. Blinds were all clearly labeled with their sizes and packed in a manner to ensure they were not damaged in transit. Could not have been any easier to install. Look great (esp. The "magnetic" valances) and definitely increased the value of my home.

They offered to send samples and confirmed everything. Everything showed up neatly packed and secured. Instructions were clear. All parts were included. Shipped fast, too.

Kinda looks great

Very happy with the final product and the look and style however...

The two ends of the roller shade are just metal brackets. Couldn't they include something white and plastic or something to cover that up? Also one of the shades was damaged in shipping and has a recurring indent right down the middle of it. It's been hung for 2 weeks and still remains. I was hoping it would go on time, so will see...

Missing blinds, misc pieces and outside door mount didn't have the hold down pieces installed. Replacement parts are still not working for outside mounts. Also I paid for installation and asked that the company issue me refund for the additional service charge for the installer to come back out and install blinds that weren't in original shipment. Cust svc rep said she would call me back about this but as of today, I have not heard back.

A neighbor told me about Blindster - her blind is very nice. I went online, saw a 30$ discount but ha to wait for my next paycheck and by that time another special had come up for 35%. Online chat helped me chose the right color, ordered it and it arrived about 2 weeks later - installed easily but noticed it did not retract evenly, called and immediately got advice on how to correct it, and it worked. I cold not be happier - and have since recommended it to another neighbor how is waiting for her order

Hem and Spring Pin

The finish-quality of the hems on these blinds is less than I expected.

Also, If I would have known these blinds have a spring-loaded pin end I would have ordered the blind slightly wider, to fill-in the window opening better.

Measured, twice and placed my order on line. Received confirmation. Received email confirming blinds had been cut and shipped. Received blinds in about 3 days after. Easy install. Changed the whole appearance of my bathroom. Will be placing future orders soon.
