Product is great! Customer service not so great! We called with a question and after being told we were wrong by a lady, we were hung up on!
Great company with outstanding products. I mis-measured one of my ordered blinds, and when it aarived and didn't fit I called them. I told them that the error was mine and not theirs, but they insisted that they have a policy, where, " it fits or its free" So for $15 for handling and shipping they made me a new blind that works great. Who knew that there was a company that really wants you to be happy That company is called Blindster!

I measured as instructed, received my shutters, and although I planned for it to take hours to install, I installed 4 shutters in less than an hour. Unpacking the shutters took almost as long as installing them. The price was good, quality was excellent, and service was superb. I held back on doing one room to see how the other rooms turned out. Without hesitation, I just placed another order for the remaining room. I will be recommending you to friends and family. By the way, I used the current promo code instead of the one I heard on the radio while listening to Rush Limbaugh since it was 5% better, but just wanted you to know that I first heard about your company from your radio advertising. Thank you!
I purchased a cordless solar roller shade for a glass door and love the fabric, but it ends there. I wish I had gotten a corded version as it takes about 15 minutes to get the shade rolled up after being down. I have small children, so I generally have nerves of steel, but this pushes even my limits (I never write reviews)! Asside from coaxing the shade to roll up, the endges have freying along both sides. So in short, I wouldn't buy this shade again considering I had planned to use it regularly. I'll admit that I did not contact Blindster about this as I didn't realize how the shade wouldnt work with regular use until a couple weeks after receiving it and didnt have time to contact support.
We ordered 4 blinds but had an issue with the largest. It was bent in shipping and unable to be straightened out. Called customer service and they sent out a replacement which arrived in perfect condition. We have 2 more rooms to put blinds in and will definitely use Blindster.
Product arrived as promised, I had my tenant measure, not again. Have they been measured correctly the blinds would've been awesome, even so theyre still great... the free replacement wasn't quite free, but the discount was better than starting over with a new order.
The phone order was very pleasant, and came in timely matter. And was easy for my husband to install.
Although I think they are a bit noises when pulled down.

I had a very good experience with blindster.com The order was packaged well and the blinds were delivered perfectly. The one slat that had an imperfection was replaced with a whole new blind immediately. The customer service is Excellent! I purchased these blinds for living room and bedroom. They are great for privacy on windows that you don't open often. With no holes on the slats there is no way anyone can see in. I love them!

I'm sorry you are having problems with your shades. The shades should roll up and down easily, although the corded version will be easier to operate. The shades should not fray if they are balanced and installed level. I will call you right away to get this resolved.
