I like the set of blinds that I received. Two days ago I attempted to order some more samples. The web site will not let me progress to placing an order. It wants me to sign in rather than simply enter my name and address. I will try to call.
It was a simple and easy process to measure and order. After a speedy package delivery, they were easy to install myself.

I bought the same kind of shades in May of 2015 and I had the same problem. Blindster was very good about replacing them, but the replacements didn't open easily either, so my husband and I just settled with it. The new one we ordered in September was for a more narrow window, so we thought it would work better. NOT, same problem, they don't glide up smoothly. I just don't understand how they have happy customers with this certain product.

1) I ordered 13 blinds but 3 came with the hanging bar 1/4 in wider.
2) Not enough screws for the hanging bars.
Received blinds as ordered very quickly. The blinds were in great condition when they arrived and were very easy to install. They look Great too! Better prices than other online offers.
I ordered a custom blind from blindster.com, installed it and threw away the box. Then the blind slat adjustment failed.
I was so disappointed I just threw the whole thing away because I didn't want to go find and buy a new box and then pack it and then ship it. I was leaving the country in a few days, and didn't have time. While I was traveling site jabber sent me an email saying they wanted to know about my purchase.
I was on a long layover at the airport and decided to let them know exactly what happened and how disappointed I was.
A few days later a customer service rep sent me an email, apologizing for what had happened, explained what may have broke on the blind during shipping, but incredibly said she had credited my Visa for the amount of my purchase, and hoped they could earn my business in the future. Even though I had thrown the blind away.
In this day and age of less than even decent customer service from most companies, I was shocked at the way they handled.
Kudos to blindster.com and Cindy for exemplifying excellence in customer satisfaction. Thank you. You have definetly earned my business in the future.
(And BTW they didn't ask me to write this review, they were only concerned with making it right!)

I got my top down/bottom up blinds about 6 months ago and I love them. They were much less expensive than other sites also. I had someone come to my house to clean it, and she broke one of the chords on the blinds. I contacted Blindster to ask if I could pay to have it fixed and they sent me a free shipping label and said they'd fix it for FREE. What?! That is amazing.
I asked for a custom blind for our camper. Great price and perfect fit.
Very impressed with the packaging. Reinforced outside and inside. I was concerned about shipping damage when I ordered. No reason for any concerns.
So delivery came short 2 of 4 blinds which were damaged in transit, they contacted me explained they would remake the blinds. Done, blinds are hung and all is well.
I thought they would have a finished look. They are just very expensive blinds I could have bought at Home Depot for a lot less. Also a little awkward to pull up and down. I wish I could return them
