Blindster not only provided a better quality blind for less than the home improvement stores but they also have a better fit than those stores. The stores will do a width cut for you but you are limited on the length which allows for store bought ones to have way too much bunched up at the bottom. Blindster's blinds truly look customer for your windows!
I just bought these new blinds and put up them up and one of them already does not open and close. The string is not connected somehow.
I ordered three vertical blinds, two with the wand and a third very large blind with center open/closure. The were delivered within a week of ordering. I am extremely happy with all three. They fit perfectly and the price did not break the bank, great quality. If I need window coverings in the future I will order again. I would highly recommend ordering from Blindster.com. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
The up-down blackout blinds I ordered feel "cheaper" than my older ones, but so far they are durable for multiple daily use. Installation was easy, said my husband.

We ordered Premium Faux Wood Blinds for several window openings - a total of 10 blinds. They arrived within the promised time and all hardware was complete. Some of the blinds required make overs due to my measurement discrepancies. There was also one blind that arrived longer than ordered. All remakes arrived promptly and I paid freight charges on the ones that resulted from my error. I did not have to return any of the blinds.

. I'm pretty good at searches so I don't know how I missed them. Used better known companies in the past. The Blindster prices on a 2"faux wood blind with 'touch lift' was almost 40% cheaper, and unlike the companies I've dealt with that send crazy progress reports for literally weeks on end before you receive the finished product, my blind was in my hands in just over a week.
I measured my window incorrectly, and the blind did not fit. Blindster (very quickly) sent me a replacement, and I was only charged for the shipping.
I will be using Blindster from now on!
The quality of the materials is good. However, when the people assembling the product are incompetent the result is a poor product. Three of the seven blinds I ordered were damaged during assembly and then sent out that way.
We ordered 5 cordless aluminum 1 inch blinds. We had problems with 2 of them not functioning properly and 2 were damaged. One was probably damaged in shipping, but the other one was damaged at the factory. Blindster customer service was fantastic working with us as we got new shades sent to us. In spite of the problems we've encountered we would still use Blindster for our future blind needs. I might suggest a new source for this type of blinds.
I'm sorry you had a problem with your order and am glad to hear that everything has been resolved. Ship damage is definitely one of our biggest challenges because window coverings are heavy and an awkward size. I will definitely share your comments with the factory for review.

I ordered custom blinds for 6 windows in our house, the blinds were delivered quickly and were easy to install. They look amazing in our house and make such a difference in the windows compared to the cheap plastic blinds that were there previously. We are very happy with them and would recommend to anyone!
