Everything was great, especially the price. It fit the window perfectly, was easy to install, was here earlier than you said it would be and looks great. I wish I had chosen a whiter white which actually I thought I was getting. I compared the swatch I ordered to what you sent and it was exact, so I got what I ordered. In the larger view of the fabric, I needed even whiter. It's fine though. Only I notice, I'm sure.

I liked the shades and the instructions were extremely well done and easy for me to follow. I had a minor problem with the cord being on the wrong side on one of the shades, but they corrected that quickly with a new shade. Very good customer service and nice product, at a good price.
I ordered 7 shades of varying sizes. 5 of them recoil beautifully and 2 are very slow or don't want to recoil at all. I have to bring the top down first. And it would have been easier to use the cord.

When I placed my order, I had some questions. A very nice woman called me the next morning to get clarification from me. The blinds came in the amount of time I was told. I can't wait to hang them as the house is not finished yet. But I'm sure they're going to look as great as my neighbor's blinds look.
I have ordered blinds on three separate occasions and each time the blinds were delivered promptly and fit perfectly. The quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend using Blindster if you need blinds.
No problems, all good. The blinds and shades fit, looked like the pictures, and work well. I do wish they would send a better grade of screws.
Some of the longer blinds I ordered were obviously returns as the panel at the top was bent and uneven due to obvious torquing in previous installation. Plus, one of the blinds was cut longer than they indicated they would (they told me they would cut them 1/2 inch shorter than the measurements I sent, but they did not. I don't want to take the trouble to send it back - I'm just through with this company permanently.
Ordered blinds for our nursery and bedroom. Came with easy installation instructions. One piece was broken, but blinds yet immediately sent out a replacement. The representative even gave me tips on how to stretch out the new cells of the blinds. Very happy and will be returning as a customer.

I'm sorry you had problems with your order.
I will contact you directly to take of these issues. The bent or torqued headrail was more than likely caused by ship damage. We do not reuse blinds or shades that are returned and rarely ask for them to be returned.
The factory will remake at no charge any blinds that were made to the incorrect measurements. All we will need from you are photos to show the factory. You will not need to return the blinds once we have these issues resolved.
