The blinds I got from blindster.com are awesome quality, absolutely gorgeous, and best of all a great value! I used throw away half of the length when I bought blinds from a big box store, but with blindster.com I'm no longer throwing that extra money in the garbage (nor having to bother with the process of adjusting the length which is super tedious). Hi, my first order for the faux wood blinds was about 2 yrs ago - purchased them for my kitchen, they're great. I just received an order I placed for one of my bedrooms (same style), very happy with them.
I am a repeat customer. I am satisfied how my blinds give my rooms a custom look to match my hard wood floors. I have recommended several of my friends, and the customer service is exemplary. The fact that your order is verified if their is any discrepancies can readily be corrected is a plus for customer satisfaction.
I was concerned because I never had ordered blinds online and as these were a significant upgrade to what I normally purchase at the big box stores. I normally want to see before I buy. Nevertheless, I ordered these true wood blinds and could not be more pleased with my decision to venture into uncharted waters. The vertical blinds for the sliding glass door had missing hardware necessary to install. After bring to attention a small part was shipped to us and it still wasn't enough to install. So we had to rig up something ourselves to install it so we're keeping our fingers crossed. Needless to say we won't ever be ordering again. The rest of the order was okay except for one blind that made noise when we tried to tilt the shades.

These are exactly what I wanted and they look great. So easy to lift up and down - love the cordless feature. Shipped in time frame that is promised on the website. Received good service, was an easy to use website, and the prices were the best of anyone--I researched for weeks! I would use thea gain in a heartbeat.
After ordering and waiting 2 weeks I called to see where my order was. The product for my order was on back order. I never received an email or anything telling me this. I called back a week later and was told product was still on back order. Finally a month after I ordered my blinds they finally arrived. I can't say I would recommend Blindster to anyone.
Yes the warranty is life time, however in comparing to the levolor blinds I have had for years Blindster does not seem as well constructed. Also the original shipment came with the wrong size mounting attachments so that was one phone call, also they did not ship the cord wraps so that was another call. The initial cost was less than others so it is OK for the smaller window as I don't use it very often. Not saying I would not order again but would pause.

I'm so sorry you had your order delayed. Backorders are a very rare problem, especially with the factory that made your blinds. This factory moved their Houston location earlier this year. Unfortunately, the move caused more of a disruption that they anticipated and it took them a while to get back to normal.
