These shades replaced that I had for a while but stopped working. The process was easy and shades arrived quickly. I did have to use customer chat service as I could find the blinds that I wanted in my own (not sure why). Customer rep was very helpful and found what I needed immediately.
Custom Blinds were prepared in a reasonable amount of time. The measuring guidance was spot on. Blinds fit like a glove. Also super easy to install. Very nicely engineered. And work fantastic. Quality is also very good for the price. Very Happy!
Overall a very good store. Great selection, great prices and good site. I just wished that the instructions on how to measure were better. I carefully rounded down to the nearest 1/8th inch and as a result had to shim my roller shades.

I ordered 5 solar shades for large living room windows. Openness #3, white. I like the simplicity and the clean look. It's easy to install. One of the solar shade came with the wrong hardware, the customer service took care of it and replaced the hardware quickly.
Went to order blinds for a yacht, after seeing the outrageous prices (Not on Blinds Galore) we decided to place the order with Blinds Galore. We were very satisfied in the quality and workmanship, the hold down cords worked extremely well for a yacht.

I was very satisfied with our purchase. The blinds arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. They fit our specifications perfectly and the quality was excellent. We had a little trouble with installation. The directions were not as clear as we would have liked. Our quote from a local dealer for the same blinds plus installation was approximately $1200.00 more,!. Would order from Blindsglore again

Ultimately, we are satisfied with the blinds and our experience. Initially, we were frustrated at the strict adherence to the No Refund policy when the issue was not our fault. However, I do appreciate that Blindsgalore requested that we donate the item (in exchange for another product of equal cost). We happily donated it to a great cause, Habitat for Humanity. Just be aware that Blindsgalore will NOT refund under any circumstances. There are other businesses that provide quality window coverings to compare policies, prices and products.
As our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns. However, we do have our Blindsgalore guarantee, as a one time do-over. And we will always work with clients to come to a reasonable resolution! Our team is here to help! Thank you!

We were satisfied with our purchase from start to finish. The blinds were great.
For some reason, they were a little large for the window, but we made them work. It would be nice if there was pure white in this particular shade. The Glacier color is a little gray but, he whitest available. Shipping was on time.

I appreciate the good customer service in replacing 2 roman shades that were not made right. I have not put them up yet as I need my installer to come back (needs to be drilled into a high frame) but they do look right so far without hanging them. Thanks
