Upon arrival, after pretty quick shipping time, the parts were there and the measurements were spot on. The directions were simple and I had no problem mounting the hardware and installing the vertical blind mechanism and vanes. All worked as it should and it looks just fine...I no longer get fried by the afternoon sun through my patio door while working at my computer. Yay!

The blinds were received and were as expected. I am pleased with them. However, the estimated shipping date came and went, and the processing of my order had not even started. I contacted customer service, and was then given another estimated shipping date. Coincidentally, the processing of my order began shortly after this contact, it was shipped and received as I was advised. So it seems that perhaps my order may have been misplaced.

This is my first time shopping with Blindsgalore. I special ordered three 38" x 80" vinyl mini blinds. We emailed photos of the damages. When the blinds arrived, the metal top rails on two were dented, one box of the hardware enclosed had broken plastic trim pieces, and one the metal headers had the ends bent. The exterior of the boxes were flawless, so they had to be packed like this from the place that made them. I called Blindsgalore and they were so nice, got right on it and replaced the blinds with new ones AND they shipped the broken plastic parts to repair. We did not expect the blinds to be totally replaced, we only needed the parts. These blinds were drop shipped from the manufacturer, so I do not hold Blindsgalore responsible, but they stood behind them 100%. Will be back for the rest of the blinds for this rental house! Great people that stand behind what they sell!

I have a blind I got last year that is already coming down crooked l. I am disappointed. This is the second one this happened to. Other blind is good. Giving it one more try with this last one.

I purchased 14 blinds when I built my house 6 years ago.
I recently bought 4 more when I finished another room.
Since I originally bought them I have had to replace 2 of them bc they just fell apart. A third one just did the same but I haven't replaced it yet.
These are not shades that I move or use every day. I barely even touch them and for the cords in them to just snap for no reason is very disappointing.
They were not cheap in price but they don't even last a reasonable time. My mom has shades over 20 years old and they work great.
I will be looking into another company when the rest of these fall apart.
