Blinds were not as expected, but company doesn't honor returns. I finally gave up trying and kept them to use on another window (that already had a blind I was happy with). It was an added expense that I didn't need.
While we do not accept returns on custom made to order products, we did offer our Blindsgalore Guarantee to replace the shade with literally any product we offer. We are happy to hear that you are using the shade in another room. When trying to match a color, we always advise taking advantage of our free sample swatch program.
