They are quiet too- they don't rattle if you accidentally knock into them. We were able to find the perfect color also. Blindsgalore offers a quality product I feel the price I paid was very fair. Would it really be that hard to include the instructions for the exact shutters and trim that I ordered vs going thru 70+ pages ona web link to find what I ordered and then they are very thin.
