Most of the order was delayed repeatedly, total delay more than a month. The only updates I received were when I contacted them to ask what was going on. I can't comment on the quality of the product yet because I haven't yet installed them -- low priority now that the hot bright summer sun is gone, and my free time for installing them has also passed. Based on previous experience, I am hopeful that they will help next summer.
Came home from vacation and one of my 10+ year old blinds had broken. I was able to find the phone # for Blindsgalore and gave them a call. They still had all the information from my past purchases. I ordered a new blind from their information. Didn't even have to get out a tape measure. Thank you Blindsgalore!

Overall everything was great. We had a little trouble installing because the directions were vague. Once we figured it out installing the second one went smoothly.
My purchase from Blindsgalore was a major disappointment. I ordered 2 identical mini blinds. 1 was fine. The other, I came to learn, was clearly defective. If Blindsgalore had any quality control they would have seen that immediately: the wand attachment COULDN'T MAKE THE BLINDS OPEN OR CLOSE. After I described the problem to Blindsgalore customer service they sent me a cheap little plastic replacement part. That part proved useless because the problem was a bent head rail (I had to view an online video to figure out the problem in the mini blind assembly). After I sent Blindsgalore a photo of the problem it took almost 2 weeks to receive the replacement mini blinds. So to review: Blindsgalore sent me a defective product, expected me to repair it and finally took way too long to replace it. I'll take my future business elsewhere.

This order was a replacement for an original shade that simply stopped working. It took a while to get and there was a mix up in the order. But eventually it all worked fine. Blinds Galore took care of the cost of the replacement shade but I had to pay for the 4 visits my installer had to make. FYI - Blinds Galore does NOT cover this cost at all.
