Both blinds fit well and were easy to hang and look good

It was very easy to place my order and my order was shipped faster than I expected.

The product is excellent. The customer service is hard to reach a live agent. Once I did the replacement was seemless. Difficult communication at the beginning, but ended ok. You need more agents and less wait time (up to 15 min -listening to the jingle - then still hung up - several times).

Order arrived quickly. Love the blind. Hung easily.

The website explains how to measure very carefully so that you get the exact blind that you want. I also find they often have great sales, and excellent customer service support.

The ordering process was easy to follow. All blinds were in good working order when received and installed easily.

My experience was very positive. I ordered a total of 10 blinds, and when I had questions, Blindsgalore was very helpful and responsive.

We ordered premium wood blinds for five different windows. They arrived promptly and were easy to install. One was slightly defective and Blindsgalore replaced it promptly and without any hassle.

I ordered 6 light filtering shades for my sunroom, measuring precisely as instructed. They were perfect! I was so pleased I immediately ordered two more for another room, again measuring as directed. If my second experience had matched the first, my rating would have been a 5. Unfortunately, both of these shades were too wide, requiring me to force them into the window frame and making it very difficult to raise and lower them. I am very disappointed that their otherwise excellent product was so inconsistent.

Excellent service. We were so happy with our purchase last month that we ordered another one for our media room. As we continue to remodel our house we will continue to use Blindsgalore all our window coverings.
