We ordered the roller shades with a metal chain that rolls down on the front side - not window side. The shade looks great. The roller seems very sturdy. The chain is built to last. But I'll never order front drop roller shades again because accessing the chain is cumbersome at best.

I ordered a sample and was going to place an order. But then the color that I want did not list in the options. I contacted the sales and she was not sure why that was taken off from the site. She told me to choose other basic colors and write the correct color in the special instructions which I did. I emailed her the confirmation number and make sure she saw the remark after placing an order. However, I still received wrong color. I contacted the sales immediately. After a week I received the correct color and installed it. I am happy that I finally got the color that I want. I gave four stars because there is another issue. The sales told me to donate the wrong blinds but the box is too long to fit in my car even if I put down the back seats. I personally don't mind to donate it. I can only think of an U-Haul van but then I have to pay for the rental fee which is not cheap.

The blinds look good but the quality is not great. I'm still in the process of getting them replaced due to broken shutter blades that arrived broken in the box.

While the blinds seem well put together and of decent quality, one out of 5 I ordered is uneven when installed due to manufacturer defect (one of the cords is shorter than the other) and all 5 are between 2 to 3 inches too short.

Love my blinds. Great quality at a great price. The only issue was shipppbg. I was not informed it would take extra time (3 weeks) due to the length of the blinds. The lack of communication and delay were a problem. Once the blinds came I was very happy.

It took a little longer than expected to arrive, but was in good shape. Unfortunately, no assembly instructions were in the package (the invoice showed they were to be included), but we were able to print something from online. It was quite easy to install, and we like it.
Product came as expected and had no difficulty in installing.
First fulfillment came with one shade wrong size, another wrong color. Second fulfillment came with the size correction for first shade. The second shade had the correct color, but now is sized wrong. Third fulfillment came with "second" shade in correct color and size. Case closed
