Ordering what I wanted was quick and the process was relatively intuitive. The product i received was as I expected it to be, nothing less. Installation with the included hardware was easy enough, but the instructions were printed so small that they were very difficult to read (the accessibility protocols for customers with low vision is not something that should be overlooked. We spend money too.)
These are made in China and imported - and the low cost reflects that. While the ethical ramifications are something I'd prefer to not consider, it is a reality of using this company. At the time of this writing, it might be presumed that tariffs will impact cost in the future (if speculation hasn't already impacted cost).
I don't know if I'd use Blinds.com again, given these details.

Took forever to get order, ordered well before Christmas received incomplete order in January. Do not order on, around or after any holidays.
Plan on PLUNTY of time for your order to be made and shipped. Also parts necessary to install or function properly may be missing and require additional time to receive them.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
