I liked that the website said they would work with you if your measurements were off. Luckily mine weren't. I didn't like that Home Depot didn't tell you the blinds were from out of the country or I wouldn't have ordered them. I like to buy American. Thought some of the Blinds we received were off Color. They worked with our Paint colors, but were different than we expected.

Site was easy. Also appreciated I could find older orders to compare colors and sizes! When I received my blinds and tried to install them, getting them to click into place took me forever. I'm still not sure how I got them to click into place. I would not buy these again because of the frustration with installing them.
The website worked well for ordering multiple sizes of the same product. We had four windows that all needed the same adjustable shade, but only two windows are the same size.

Website is easy to use and user friendly. Ordered blinds and 3 of the 6 blinds did not fit. The actual blinds were 1/4" wider than the top bracket. This should not happen.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
