It should be easier to re-order something I have previously purchased via the site. I wanted to the exact same item I previously purchased, but my 'purchase history' didn't provide a way to do that.

Easy to use site. Product came fast and was a quality product. Easy to install. I had them installed in half the time I thought.

Product is amazing quality and set be step measuring tool was great. Arrived unharmed. Only issue is the turn wand they need to be longer no matter length of blind.

It was pretty easy except that it was hard to find how to add items to the order.
One blind arrived manufactured in reverse so the strips would only open backwards

So far this has been quick and easy - it is very convenient being able to create estimates and save / budget for them. The only down side is the shock at the cost. We had to reduce our overall project plan due to the cost of the (12) shades that we wanted to order.

The blinds were all cut perfectly and installation was easy. The only complaints I have are that some of the slats need paint touch ups and the valances did not come with the corner brackets and side pieces.
