Supposed to be fitted blackout blinds at 114cm, blinds 110cm, they will not side hang as instructions.
I had to argue continually for hours with photo evidence they would not fit. They agreed they were not correct and assured me they would send longer blinds, the exact same size came and now they are not returning calls or responding to emails. Absolute joke. If you look closely at twitter lots of customers having the same complaint. Trusted pilot reviews are being filtered to only show good reviews
Absolute shambles and a complete waste of £160.

We are renovating a vuctorian house and I have ordered several blinds from blinds2go and will be ordering more once the rooms are ready. Excellent quality and customer service is brilliant. They held back by order delivery for me as I was on holiday and all blinds delivered the day after I returned home as I had requested. Great selection of fabrics and very competitive prices. I have recommended to friends.

Very Pleased

Good quality product with excellent fitting instructions.
A little fiddly to fit at first and then obvious.
My blind took about 10 minutes to fit. Mainly because ithe velux was in a really awkward spot.
I will be buying more from this company as I have two more Velux windows to cover

Difficult to fit

I bought it recently for my living room window but the instruction manual it came with the blind was very difficult to understand. More over the fitting bar is also very difficult. I landed up paying to handyman end of the day. The quality is good

The venetian blind I ordered was for the refurbished kitchen of our Holiday Let. It arrived very promptly (we weren't quite ready for it!) and was well packaged. It was easy to put up using the instructions enclosed, and is a perfect fit. The colour is 'Cornish Cream', which matches our new 'Vanilla' cupboards. This is the second time I have used this company (I previously ordered a roller blind) and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I was so nervous about measuring & ordering these blinds myself incase I got it wrong. I actually had nothing to worry about. The blinds were delivered a week before the estimated delivery date. They were very well packaged, & the instructions were idiotproof. They fit perfect, & look fab. I'm going to buy them for the rest of the house now. Love them.

We have a small blind yet to fit. Unfortunately we have lost the end brackets We have a few middle brackets not used Could we send these back in exchange for the end brackets please.

You definitely get what you pay for. Wasn't sure I wanted to spend this much on a blind but it was worth it. Colour and pattern was beautiful. Roman blind panel was well made with a good backing. Hardware supplied was adequate. Install was easy just took that extra bit of care to ensure the blind was level so took 30 minutes to install. Blind is easy to operate. The only negative would be it takes a bunch of pulls on the pull cord to raise and lower the blind (very minor) as it appears to be geared. However, it goes up and down effortlessly. Would highly recommend. Only needed one but would purchase more if needed.

The worst customer service iv have ever…
The worst customer service iv have ever found. Ordered £59 single blind for a door. What turned up was completely different that the picture sample shown on their web site. Pattern was 4 times smaller than shown on web site. Phone several times and they will not refund but can only give me 25% off next order. Which I defo will not order from them again. Pictures below. They say their picture on web site are a digital image and not a true representation of the blind! Which says it all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM you will be wasting a lot of money

Quality of blind was very poor. Slight wrinkling in the fabric and the blind keeps falling apart. Have had parts replaced twice and blind still breaking. Company reluctant to change blind or provide refund. Very poor service no very patronising customer service advisor

I ordered 7 blinds on 21/4/17.2 were delivered 28/4/17.2 more on 2/5/17 and then nothing. It is now 17 /5/17 and I have spent so much time on the phone chasing my remaining order. You email and nobody responds, you call and the put you on hold forever, they have selected a wholly inadequate delivery partner company who cannot seem to get it right. I have taken 3 different days off work to wait in for the delivery and nothing arrives. On 2 occasions the courriers said they had attempted delivery but I was not in, on one day I was the other I wasn't on neither occasion did they leave a card! I would suggest using another company unless you are happy to have the runaround I've endured. I ordered blinds from Blinds Direct at the same time and all sorted no problems.

Blinding

I needed a product to partially obscure the amount of light ingressing into my property and to allow a modicum of privacy from potential nosy neighbours. I opted for a blind over the usual competitors in this field ( Drapes- Nets- Dirty Windows)

They work just as I required and look quite fetching too.

I would therefore from this day forward whole heartedly recommend Blinds2go.com until the day I die.

Deliverycame to blinds to go as a recommendation, never looked back had 1 blind to try it and for it was fantastic easy fitment, since then I have had 2 complete bay windows (8 in total) 1 black out roller for nursery 1 roman for down stairs loo now just ordered 2 very long ones for my office and one smaller also for the office, would never go to Hilary's again. Always kept in the loop on delivey via the emails and tracker on the website, roller ones are quick made to measure usually 2 weeks from order to fitment

Great customer service

I ordered some fabric samples but when I tried to order the blinds online the fabric had disappeared. I called customer services and they informed me that the fabric was out of stock but was due in stock in three weeks. They took my order over the phone, emailed me a secure payment link and I received my blinds within a week of the fabric being back in stock. Great customer communications.

This is our second order from Blinds2Go as we were impressed with the first. This time we went for a darker wood venetian, and it looks nothing like the pictures on the website, it's so dark that you can't see the grain in the wood and it just looks like a flat colour. Also the tapes on the blind are a completely different colour, nothing like the website photos at all. Would recommend ordering the samples so you can double check it first - we were happy with the first order so we didn't worry about ordering a sample the second time, but this was a mistake. They are made to measure so we can't return them. Value for money wise though, you can't find anything cheaper for made to measure blinds, and they fit perfectly and are very easy to install.

Nearly got it

Good news really good design well made sturdy decent price. What needs looking at
Is the mounting bracket. When you attach the clip to the mounting the nut and bolt hold it proud from the lintel so you not only have to drill two holes for the bracket you have drill half a hole deep to accommodate nut and bolt.not good.
