Ordered 10 shirts from Blaroken. It took 6 weeks to get the merchandise. I tried to cancel due to the delay and they refused. Finally received the merchandise. Not only was it junk, it was sized wrong. I tried to return it and they have refused to take it back, despite the fact that they guarantee returns on their website. Do not buy from Blaroken unless you want junk that THEY WILL NOT TAKE BACK. BEWARE!

What a POS company... They never mention your items are shipping from China and will take 6-8 wks to arrive. My shipment never showed up and they wouldn't do anything about it, saying the shippers are in my country and they have no control over them, so too bad, so sad for you. THEY ARE A SCAM!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BLAROKEN.COM THEY ARE A SCAM. POOR QUALITY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They sent me the wrong items and I have to pay shipping to return them when it wasn't even my mistake.

It appears that the items I purchased are made of fake material with only fake pictures of what they show on the internet images. Don't waste your money with these people. Fraudulent presentation.

I purchased the Men's Tactical Waterproof Windproof Zipper Pockets Hard Shell Jacket
Size: 3XL Color: Black for $74.95. When I tried the jacket on, I couldn't get both arms in the sleeves.

Blaroken sizes are way off! I would need a 15XL and I think this is very deceptive. I will never buy anything from them again because of the following:

I wished i read the reviews before wasting my money with these people, after 5 weeks of waiting i got crap of clothes, dont be like me, dont waste your money and stay away.

To begin, the item had still not shipped 7 days after the order, when I sent a request to cancel the order, miraculously, the merchant sent me a response saying they could not cancel because it had shipped. Three weeks later, the item had not arrived, the tracking information only showed that it had arrived into LAX. Finally, a package arrived, WITH THE WRONG ITEM. I had ordered a brown, leather vest, but inside the package was a red, cotton vest, PATHETIC!

I ordered from them... got the 11 shirts I ordered and was really excited to get them. However when they arrived I was really disappointed. They claimed to be a cotton blend. Nope. They were all a shiny spandex material and the colours were all wrong. They were a cheap imitation of the ones shown at a distance on the website. I asked for a return, and it was after the fourth email of sending pics, proving why, and a nominal discount offer to keep them (which was not an option), finally I was given a return shipping address in CHINA! This cost me $75 to return something that was a none of my fault. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I hope at least someone can gain from my loss.
Update... After over 4 months of waiting for my articles to be received (in China), it was stated that the package is now being returned to me, as it was undeliverable! I emailed and asked for my money back as I addressed it exactly as I was instructed. The post office said the address looked weird... I am a firm believer that that address was just meant to delay, and for some, give up. I am now meant to spend ANOTHER $75 to try again? I don't think so. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

The quality is super terrible, it is nothing similar as shown online. You cannot return anything. It is a scam. I feel robbed.

Folks, I can only recommend you to keep your hands off Blaroken. The clothes have the worst quality ever bought in my life. Every street market in Asia has better quality clothes. I wanted to give these things to a friend who is a biker, but between internet photo and product are worlds. Apparently the homepage looks like a US company - but is made in China.

I ordered 8 parts, which were delivered to me in 3 partial shipments (from Hong Kong). Why? So that no objection can be made against the payment via credit card and the objection period expires.

Blaroken was asked by me in email correspondence - 15 emails so far - to a) take back the inferior goods and b) refund the money. Neither of these have been answered, instead every Blaroken email asks questions or asks for photos to wear down customers or let appeal and return processes lapse.

I made a huge mistake here because I did not pay attention to all the details BEFORE buying. The homepage has no imprint, no address and no phone number, which is against EU legislation. Also US citizens are ripped off - like us. This site must be taken off the net!
