I would advise anyone and everyone NOT to use this company any under circumstance. It is basically a website that is run by one person Chelsea who calls herself the CEO. She is rude and unwilling to help in any way. Groom is out for three pairs of pants none of which are his correct size. Chelsea could care less was unwilling to help in any way and after screaming at me hung up on me. I am going through affiliate to try and find a rational person that I can actually deal with. In the meantime the other 10 people in our wedding party will be returning their tuxedos for a refund. DO NOT USE

In Fall of 2019, I purchased a vest for my husband for our daughter's wedding. After seeing him in a black suit, with white dress shirt and black tie - something was needed to pull his outfit together. So I decided on a vest. After looking a many different websites, I decided on a vest from Blacktie. I did measure him and also talked with someone at Blacktie about what size vest to order. It took a few phone calls and several vests being shipped and returned, but we got a vest we wanted in the size needed. Shipping was very fast. I paid only shipping fee and all the other shipping was done compliments of Blacktie. Customer service was fantastic. Blacktie did not offer a vest to fit my husband - Large was too tight, XL was massive. So after several attempts - I purchased the XL and had a local tailor adjust the vest to my husband's body for a very reasonable fee. I also purchased the matching tie and pocket square. The cost of these items was great. He looked great for our daughter's big event. So happy I chose Blacktie. They were the best!
