I ordered a small whopper Jr combo. It was over $9 and the burger was a 1/3 of the size than it used to be. I'll never go back.

Burger king is always my favorite for burgers and I prefer it over any other. I like the taste as well as the price too.

I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger jr. Meals. I only got one drink and one French fry! Unbelievable! I live too far away to go back!

I drove thru the BK by DeSoto mall and ask at the drive thru if they still had their Double whoppers 2 for $6. And they employee responded YES. So I ordered 2whoppers with cheese. Now I realize there is an up charge for cheese but at no time did anyone mention the double whoppers we're NOT on special. I I pay for what I expected to be whoppers with cheese only to find out I was given 2single cheese burgers. So I drove all the way back and went inside and explained that to the manager who told me the Double whoppers have NEVER been on special 2 for anything at any of the BKs in Manatee or Sarasota. I explained I had gotten them before and she asked me where because again they have NEVER been on special. But I have gotten them at that location with in the last month and also at the Palmetto location. Which she basically called me a liar. She could have said "that I was fortunate and that would have been an error on that stores part." But she chose to be adamant about her position. The only near apology I got was that she was sorry that I misunderstood her employee. For a restaurant that sells "whoppers" how can they mix up whopper and cheese burger (and not even a double cheese burger). The lack of courtesy is unprofessional What ever happened to the customer is always right. Or at least since it WAS a mistake on their part at least offer to wave the up charge and make whoppers. But no nothing was offered. So for a measly $1.20. They lost a customer. Oh and when I did finally eat the cheese burger, it didn't taste good

Just had the worst service in my life. I read on here that the Burger King up by williquors, l was closed on and off due to staff shortage, so I drove to Mandan Burger King instead. They had order board in lane 1 broken so I was in the 2nd lane to order. The order taker asked me to wait to order and I said sure. I turned my truck off and waited 20 minutes, understanding worker shortages but when 2 other vehicles in lane one (the broken board lane) got their orders taken I said "hello" to the board with no response. I drove around and saw the 2 vehicles get their food and leave. I got to the window and the girl who told me to wait asked me to drive around again to the ordering board. I said no that I had waited the 20 minutes for nothing and wasn't going to do that again. She said "oh dang" like she realized that she forgot about us. She got the manager to come to the window, where I proceeded to explain myself again and she was like "so what do you want me to do about it " I asked for a coupon and that I was going to go to the Bismarck one to buy my food. She said " I don't have coupons ", and said she would comp me a free meal. I explained I come from a family of fast food workers, during high school, and when you complain they will mess with your food. She jumped down my throat saying that they don't do that. I decided to leave but explain to her to make sure it didn't happen to another person as I was patient in waiting with the compassion of the shortage of staffing. She was rude and slammed the window and the original girl was behind her yelling something I couldn't hear.

I bought rings and they where really over cook and soggy it has no flavor and the zesty Sauce is soo weird and gross

Sandwich isn't spicy at all. Don't recommend getting this if you think it's spicy. It's not. I guess this a 1 star

Their service was rude and slow and when I got my order it was the worst food ever.
I got sick when I took a bite of it.
Something needs to be done.

They refused service to me and when I asked why I was yelled and and harassed when asking for a reason because I clean up my mess and I am polite I don't not get why I was screamed at.

I thought the WHOLE point in putting in an online order was to AVOID the wait. No instead I get here and have to be asked to "pull forward" only to WAIT. So, what's the point?!
