Take an advantage of

I went through the drive through and I didn't even get a receipt. I asked for a plain hamburger with nothing but meat, cheese and bread that's it. Then I ordered a whopper junior. I ordered one french fry and one onion ring and two slushie drinks for $17, I don't think that was appropriate for what I got instead of what I ordered That's like $8.50 for a hamburger. When I got home and took the food out of the bag all I got Was two Cheeseburgers. I tried to call the store, but they just picked up the phone and then hung up on me every time.I called then finally.I got a voicemail and left a message. Haven't heard anything from anybody. That is a bunch of crap. I will never go back to Burger King. I haven't been to McDonald's in 20 years, So maybe I need to start doing that with burger king. You can't talk to anybody on the phone At their Toll free number cause they don't want to talk to anybody and if you're hard of seeing then that's your problem.They want you to go to their website. Well, when you can't see cause you have cataract damage and you haven't been able to get it corrected because of your health Condition, that's because you're a minority and you get to be treated differently. Thanks a lot. See ya wouldn't want to be ya! I heard a rumor that china bought out burger king.

The worst

The worst fast food franchise ever. The top management needs reevaluate their stores.

I do not know if her name is spelt this way, so sorry, BUT SHE WAS AMAZING TO ME AND WAS VERY PATIENT. I come through there every once in a while, and this time Crystal gave me a wonderful experience and helped me figure out what was wrong with my card on my phone. She took the time out of her day to help mine. So, I wanted to take this time to return the favor and let the world know how great she is. THANK YOU! YOU ARE A GOOD PERSON CRYSTAL, I APPRECIATE YOU!

Ghetto Poison Coke

They gave me coke that was just laying around that didnt taste but coke but i still drank it. I couldnt stand up after I drank it. The pain was excurcting felt like dying. I felt like time passed by I was dying. NEVERA AGAIN

Don't order through App
June 28, 2022

Burger King at 462 S Highland Jackson Tennessee 4pm. On 6/2722. The actual store wasn't closed but the dining room was which created a huge line at the drive through. Unknowing the dinning area was closed, I parked and tried to go inside but the DOORS were LOCKED. So, I stepped over to the window thinking I could just give the order number and have it handed to me with little ado. Why should anyone who pre ordered and paid for theirs have to wait behind a dozen customers in drive through who have yet to place, pay for and receive their food. The reason I used the app in the first place was to save time. The woman at the window was hateful and rude. Told me to move away as she proceeded to serve everyone in drive up which left me waiting in the heat for a long time. My order was served with a hateful lecture on how I had to go through drive up to get my app order. The app did not say anything about any requirements or steps for picking up orders. I think if BK is open for business the doors should not be locked. They can place chairs on top of the tables and signs that dinning area is closed. If they are not going to unlock the doors the app should not be eligible at those stores. The hateful employee should be removed from duties that interact with customers.

Will never return to that location!

HORRIBLE PLACE...

Rude staff, rude manager didn't want to give ketchup or any other sauce just because I didn't order chicken nuggets or other meals that was ordered, cold food, no flavor... even the soda was bad...

$37,050 that's how the GM should get paid a year instead of less than that because they have to be overworked. Because they have to be by themselves. I know six of them from each and every store.

Prices have gone way up, and food quality way down, will not eat here again. The receipt didn't even show prices, 33.00 is expensive for 3 whoppers and 3 med fries.

Disgusting

I was here a while ago. The moron behind the counter did NOT understand a simple order. When I got home, she gave me the wrong item. I filed a complaint with corporate. NO ONE HAD THE DECENCY TO GET BACK TO ME! I will NEVER go to this place again.

Service was good and staff is friendly, never had any issues with them but the food was horrible. The chicken in my sandwich was over cooked and the salad was rotten. Fries were a little bit cold.

The menu does not offer combos just sandwiches. On the main page everything is available but when you click on an exact location to purchase those options aren't available.

Burger King will not get your order right. Act like you placed the wrong order and wont refund your money. To make things right they offer you to come back to their restaurant and provide the same piss poor customer service. They are RUDE, UNCLEAN, and UNPROFESSIONAL. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Poor customer service

Good Evening viewers. I went to Burger King in Inshore Montego Bay Jamaica only to be disrespected by one of the employee there. The lady have the nerves to also said she will spit in my food after I told her to stop arguing with me the customer before her saliva get in anyone food since she is not wearing a mask. I will not recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone as the employee there are not polite, very disrespectful, and customer service friendly. I manage to take a picture of the young lady but she wasn't wearing a name tag. She is the one that put the meal together and hand it over. To me she is having a bad day and just before of one simple question she went overboard. I believe Burger King need to fired her and get professional person who want a job to do the job well.

If the doubt my review, they need to check there cameras unless they are not working.

You will see her in the picture at the drink section. You need to terminate her contract.

I have also emailed Burger King managers and I hope they will do the necessary to ensure the issue is corrected so it will not happen to another customer. I also notice that they do not have good reviews and today I learn why.

The customer service is ridiculous it is very very very poor and they are very ghetto every time I go to the Burger King on Pines road I'm always getting into it with an employee or at manager they need to be more professional when I'm spending my money.

I went to the Burger King at East Raymond Street in churchman Avenue on February 25th 2022 I had to go back inside for the french fries they forgot to give them to me but when I went inside that place look like the city dump it was trashy it was terrible I would not even go back in there ever again I would not recommend this Burger King to anyone
